Alcuni problemi sorti durante il soggiorno sono stati sempre affrontati prontamente dalla direzione.
Soggiorno da sogno al Therasia Resort. La vista mozzafiato sulle Isole Eolie al tramonto lascia letteralmente senza fiato. Struttura curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, camere eleganti e una SPA meravigliosa dove rilassarsi totalmente. Un plauso speciale al personale: attento, professionale e sempre sorridente. Colazione e ristorazione di altissimo livello. È stata un'esperienza a 5 stelle perfetta. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

A wonderful stay at the Therasia Resort. The location is truly spectacular, with breathtaking views over the sea and the Aeolian Islands. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered an amazing view that made every moment special. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Vulcano.
I found the service somewhat disorganized.
Guests often need to ask for information proactively, as there is very little guidance about the activities and experiences available both within the resort and around the island. The breakfast was also rather limited in terms of variety and quality compared to the standard expected from a luxury property. On a more positive note, the fine dining restaurants within the resort were better and provided a much higher-level experience.

Una cosa voglio dirla, piu che altro un consiglio. Una location di questa portata non può dare acqua tepelene dell’Albania in stanza.. quanto meno dovrebbe avere un acqua italiana se non appunto Siciliana !
