וואוו פשוט שלמות, מהרגע שהגענו למלון ועד רגע שיצאנו דאגו לפנק אותנו ודאגו שיהיה לנו נוח וכיף במקסימום!!
תודה לך נסרים על כל השדרוגים, ולך אוריין תודה על כל ההסברים לפני ההגעה, ולנרמין תודה על קבלת הפנים בחיוך ולאחרונה חביבה סברין על השירות ,
מעריכים הכל ובעזרת ה נחזור בקרוב 🩷
לא היה מה לאהוב
הגענו לקראת 17:30 למלון והצוות ישר פרגן לנו בעוד שעה וחצי לצ'ק אאוט. אוכל טעים ומלא שפע, מלון נקי ונעים.
שתיה חמה בחדר האוכל בתשלום נוסף, היה מבאס קצת.

לא שווה את המחיר בשום צורה. נקיון על הפנים. אין מקום בבריכה.
החוויה הייתה מדהימה מלון ברמה גבוהה רגוע ונקי ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה בטירוף ומגוונת הצוות ממש אדיב ועוזר בעיקר סברין וריאן בקבלה אין על השירות שלהן
מלון נקי , שירותי מאוד, כלל המתקנים במלון פשוט מצויינים.
ראוי לציין לשבח את עובדי המלון על האכפתיות והדאגה. במיוחד לסאברין וסיוואר
The upgrade was a good idea and appreciated, however still small room.
The room was very small for the price we paid, despite the upgrade given.
The bathroom was very tight and not comfortable, the bathroom door also was not fit and didn't close well.
The balcony door was faulty and didn't close properly unless locked with the key, which impossible when sitting outside.
The aircondition system didn't work in the room and in the loby area for long time.
We ordered a cold long black through reception, the staff asked for extra to bring the drink to the room and we agreed, after one hour I called again and they said it's on the way, so we cancelled and went out of the hotel to have a drink.
We came celebrate my wife's birthday, and as the ac didn't work and ordering to the room also didn't work we had to go out for a restaurant to order drinks and have dinner.

אהבנו הכל מהכניסה בשער של המלון.כבר בקבלת הפנים של הקבט רמי.ואנשי הקבלה סברין ומוחמד.עדיבות וסבלנות שלא ראתי בשום מלון.בארץ ואפילו עומד באיכות ושרות של מלונות יוקרה בחול.נמשיך משם לחדרים ניקיון ברמת הסטריליות הכל חדש ומריח מעולה.חדרים מרווחים.שרות החדרים בתוך דקות מגיע.
נמשיך משם למתקני המלון הבריכה הספא והכנרת להכל מגיע 10 מתוך 10...
ונסיים בארוחת הבוקר לפני העזיבה גם כאן חיב להגיד מופתע מאד.שפע שלא יתואר במילים
שרות ועדיבות של יובל ומנהל המטבח באמת מיוחד ועושה לך את החופשה לחוויה בלתי נשכחת ובעיקבות זה הם זכו לאורח מתמיד.ואני ואישתי בעלי יכולת לנסוע כל חודש למלון לסופש...וכבר סגרתי את החופשה הבא לחודש הבא.והפעם אני מביא איתי גם עוד 3 זוגות.מומלץ ברמות
