חוויה מעולה!
תודה רבה לסברין ולנאסים בקבלה על השירות יוצא הדופן והיחס החם. סברין קיבלה אותנו בחיוך ובאדיבות רבה, ונאסים דאג לאורך כל השהייה שלנו לכל פרט. קיבלנו את החדר מוקדם מהצפוי, שודרגנו לחדר עם נוף מרהיב לאגם, וקיבלנו גם צ’ק-אאוט מאוחר עד השעה 13:00. בנוסף, חיכתה לנו הפתעה נעימה – בקבוק יין לכבוד יום הנישואין שלנו. נהנינו מאוד מכל רגע, והשירות היה מעל ומעבר למצופה. בהחלט נחזור שוב ונמליץ בחום!

וואוו פשוט שלמות, מהרגע שהגענו למלון ועד רגע שיצאנו דאגו לפנק אותנו ודאגו שיהיה לנו נוח וכיף במקסימום!!
תודה לך נסרים על כל השדרוגים, ולך אוריין תודה על כל ההסברים לפני ההגעה, ולנרמין תודה על קבלת הפנים בחיוך ולאחרונה חביבה סברין על השירות ,

הגענו לקראת 17:30 למלון והצוות ישר פרגן לנו בעוד שעה וחצי לצ'ק אאוט. אוכל טעים ומלא שפע, מלון נקי ונעים.

Cons:

שתיה חמה בחדר האוכל בתשלום נוסף, היה מבאס קצת.
