Pros:

Easily accessible.

Cons:

Very humid inside to the point there was evidence of rust on some metal surfaces. Also toilet seat would not stay up.

A good place to stay and good value for your money.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and had good variety. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. They even refilled our water jug with water and ice for the trip ahead!

Cons:

The rubber seal on the fridge door in our room didn’t close well, causing water condensation to accumulate and leak onto the carpeted floor in front of the fridge.

Very good choice
Pros:

The facility was well maintained. The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, well worth the $4 per person upcharge.

The shower was backed up with hair from a previous visitor, the bathtub was filthy.
The elevator was still broken. Had to have front desk get us to our room.

The handicap accessible room that was given to us by the staff (which was very nice) had wet,dirty carpet, smelled like mildew and the floor stayed wet in the bathroom almost the whole time.

Misleading booking
Pros:

The desk clerk was friendly but unhappy to deliver the disappointing news as follows.

Cons:

We were told the only rooms available were on 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. Said it was noted on website but I did not see it and I then double checked and did not see any notation of this. Also website states restaurant on site which is an amenity that is precisely why you pay more than average and why we booked the hotel. The restaurant was closed with no plan to open for dinner.

The stay was short, but very comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was superb for a motel at this price. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work going up. Apparently the buttons to go up had a problem. You could use the elevator to go down.
