Location great right in between the beach and where my family lives.
Pros:

The staff was nice.

Cons:

On arrival my bathroom was dirty. There was someone else’s washcloth hanging on the shower. Everything was old and not up to date like the pictures show.

It was not what I expected. I would never go there again. I had to do my own maintenance in my room

Breakfast was good a lot of choices

Cons:

Customer service could be better manager could be more accommodating and not so cold when it comes to making guest satisfied stopped up toilet manager could care less front desk receptionist bought me a plunger and said I had to plunge it myself. Telephone didn’t work. The room was half clean prior to, but the cleaning lady did come in and remove some articles that was left natural gas smelled outside front desk said they knew and did nothing about it. This was the worst place to stay at.

Pros:

Just the bed that's it

Cons:

Management period. Also they never cleaned my room or replenish towels. They said when I checked in I should have requested my room to be clean with new towel. I'm sorry that's your job to inform me when I check in and not the other way. Hallway carpet were trashed, gym was not functional and out dated. I fly into that area 6 times a year. I will make sure employees from Ally Bank / Ally Financial never stay at these hotels

The worst hotel and ridiculous prices!
Pros:

The hotel was dirty-my bathroom had ants crawling everywhere, there was someone else’s hair on the floor and wall, sheets did not appear to be very clean, carpet needs steam cleaning! I reported the issues late (as my check in wasn’t until nearly 1:00 am due to a delayed flight. I was told nothing could be done about it until morning. Nothing was done about it at all.

Cons:

In addition to the room? Well, their breakfast is terrible, there only exists one ice machine, which is located on the lobby level (my room was on the 4th floor), and the entire hotel is run down, old and definitely NOT work $250/night!!!

Not pleasant. Very run down.
Pros:

Very run down. Paint pulled off wall in bathroom. Sink looked like it was going to fall off the wall.
Carpet dirty and elevators dirty and piece missing in threshold.

Cons:

Clean it up. Put in a vanity to you can use.

Loved everything
Pros:

Loved everything, food was great, staff very friendly, room was huge, hot tub 😍 loved... the pool and hot tub was the cleanest I've even seen in a hotel. Also love the tea and coffee station they have set up.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to leave 😕

The stay was ok for the price. The staff was friendly but there should be some upgrades done
