I refuse to stay so they gave me a refund

The room was dirty the shower was dirty the Jacuzzi had hair in it and sheets had hair on it

It was a lot of work to get a room that was okay to stay in.
Pros:

The location was good, the staff helped us when needed. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

We booked a non-smoking room and when we walked in, it’s smelled like cigarettes. We went back to the reception area and she gave us another room but the whole floor smelled like marijuana. The smell was too much for us in the room so we went back to the reception.(There are signs in the rooms that say this whole property is a smoke free property.) Finally, she gave us the room on the second floor and it did not smell like smoke this day in that room was comfortable.

The pool said it was open from 2 to 10 PM and we went down at nine and it was closed.

Good price, clean, bathroom could be better
Pros:

I needed an early check in and they were able to accommodate. After not sleeping for over 24 hours it was nice to check in early and catch up on some sleep.

Cons:

Bathroom
Shower head was a very narrow spray, literally had to move side to side to get wet and rinse off. Looked like severe damage that was poorly patched on the wall beside the tub. Looked really bad.

Decent hotel. Will stay again if in the area.
Pros:

Decently clean. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Bad weed smell. Staff sprayed air freshener but it only masked the smell for a short period.

Loved my stay
Pros:

Very nice clean rooms. Pool/ hot tub clean. Hot tub very warm. Stayed before a cruise. Would stay again

Cons:

Everything was good but if I had to nitpick the beds are very high. They are also very firm. I happen to like firm beds but if you don't it could be a big problem.
