The bed was very confortable
The front desk attendant was wearing many hats and complaining the hotel is understaffed. The carpet in the entire room was wet. The towels wasn't absorbant and very thin.
The room did not seem like a place you wanted to stay in very dull and the overall experience was like staying at a in laws house that you know does not like you I didn't wanna ask anything from anyone nor did I feel like I was welcome to be there

The location was convenient. The bed was comfortable.
The facilities are in need of attention both in cleanliness and disrepair. Our bathroom shower was filled with black mold.

The room had a funky smell that includes the entire room from the bathroom, sheet, and pillows. When I first enters the room, there was a live spider crawling in the tub. I had to clean and disinfect the bathroom myself. My husband’s allergies flared up instantly. The manager at the from desk refused to honor my military discount becuz it was reserved online but I pod at the property which made no sense. I will

It could do with a refresh. The hotel looked clean on the surface, but needs deep cleaning in rooms and hallways. The shower needs a better cleaning. The corners looked like it had mold. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of things to choose from.

The tv in my room could only get 1 channel. I called the front desk from my phone and he couldn’t do anything to help. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t a phone in the room.
The 1st room they put us in smelt like mold and moth balls so I had them to put us in another one. They did with no hesitation. They breakfast was on point because of the large variety of stuff to pick from (hot bar, cereal, bagel, fruits) etc. but the eggs were hard as if they cooked them too long
It didn't have a balcony! I was trying to get bent over! If you know what I mean, lol!
