Thank you to the staff
The location is good, everything else is awfully. The room smells like a sex and cigarette. The bathroom was dirty and smells like loop. You can see molds on the walls and floor. The bathroom sink needed proper cleaning, you can see hair and toothpaste residue. The furnitures are old and out dated.
I couldn't sleep due to the loud noise coming from the rooftop club (I was on the second floor). The club ended at 4 am.
Staff very friendly
The property is nothing like advertised. Rooms are pathetic dirty n tiny. There wasn’t any secure locker- just had a label on wardrobe.
Had to check out without completing my full stay. Met a lot of fellow travellers with similar experiences and had similar complaints with reception.
If you are reading this, please book elsewhere.

The smell of smoke in the lobby and on the roof
Not very good. Rooms dated, nothing like in the photos. A little smelly. No possibility to open the window, no hot water. Staff not the friendliest you can imagine. Noisy

Lots of noises in the hole way
One of the worst hotels that I have stayed in ever. The room was not cleaned properly with food (french fries etc) lying on the carpet. The toilert roll holder in the bathroom was broken, no mat for the bathroom floor, a work desk without any chair, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly unless you pull it really hard from outside. I showed all of this to one of the hotel guys just before checking out. I also gave the feedback to the reception at checkout and the guy there said to report it all online - he was completely indifferent and unapologetic about the state of the rooms.
The executive room was massive, 2 rooms , 2 toilets, but the rooms are now a little dated. I had to complain about the internal phone not working, missing towels and missing tea cups. Rachelle at reception sorted them out very promptly. She was a pleasure to deal with , even extended my check out by a little, even though I didn't end up using that extension.
I had to get our key reactivated every time we went back to our room. They need a sign around the pool that says slippery when wet. I slipped and hurt my back and went down to let them know. They did nothing about it and just ignored anything i said. Definitely will not stay there again.

We had asked for non-smoking room. We recieved bed sheets that smelled like they were recently used in a smoking rooms the floors were not cleaned properly and the sink would not working properly. The bed sheets smell almost made it unbearable to sleep because of the stench of the bed sheets.
