Location is very good and felt safe. The room is a bit basic but comfortable and clean, and the staff was kind enough to help us with an amazon delivery before our arrival, which was appreciated

Quiet, spacious and friendly staff

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to walk to Union Square, Chinatown, the cable cars, and many of San Francisco’s main attractions.

The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. Their service really made us feel valued.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable, providing a great place to relax after busy days exploring the city.

This hotel is on Bush Street right next to the Chinatown gate. The hotel feels new (opened in 2006), decor is modern and everything in good condition. We had a superior king room on the 10th floor with good light and a great city view, floor is carpeted. Comfortable bed (firm enough) with good quality cotton sheets. It's not the largest one in its category but has adequate space for two people except there is only one chair to sit on. The bathroom however is enormous with 2 sinks, separate shower and tub (although the shower head could be more updated). Small fridge, safe and keurig coffee maker, glass mugs and even wine glasses. There is also a glass carafe you can use to refill drinking water - from a purifying machine on the 7th floor.

Restaurant on lobby level serving à la carte breakfast. Small gym but business center has a printer and two computers. Lobby not big but is pleasant and has seating and microwave for shared use. There is also a rooftop terrace with nice views.

Location is convenient to Chinatown, Embarcadero as well as Union Square. The neighborhood feels safe at all times. About 4 blocks from the BART Montgomery Street station. Small grocery store on Bush towards Orchard hotel (sister hotel). Large Chinese supermarket (probably the largest in Chinatown) in basement on Jackson near corner of Grant. Abundant food options - restaurants and coffee shops in the same block and around. Not to mention all the Chinese restaurants and dim sum carryout places up Grant towards center of Chinatown.

The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was great.

Great location - abundant restaurant/coffee shop options all around. A few blocks to Montgomery st BART station - easy walk not much of an uphill. Hotel opened about 6 years ago so still feels new. Comfortable and clean rooms although some have more chairs/couch than others. Filtered water station which is a bonus. Also use of microwave in lobby breakfast room. There is also a small supermarket a couple of blocks away.

Excellent location in a safe neighborhood, just a short walk from Union Square and Chinatown, with easy access to San Francisco's main attractions. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The connecting rooms were perfect for our family. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent: right next to Chinatown and in walking distance from the conference centre and shopping areas.
