Raum sauber und Betten bequem, großes Bad. Lage super. Personal nett aber könnte noch ein kleines bisschen freundlicher sein. Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt und Preis/Leistung für SF echt gut.

La moquette della camera ha un forte odore di muffa che ci è rimasto per giorni nella valigia. L’hotel non offre servizi particolari e la pulizia può essere davvero rivista. Qualità - prezzo non eccellente

快適！
Pros:

早めに到着したため手荷物だけ預かって貰えないかと聞いたところ、無料でアーリーチェックインをさせてくれました。部屋は広く清潔で、毎日の清掃も丁寧で大変快適に過ごせました。
中華街のすぐ近くなので人通りも多く、治安の悪さやトラブルもなく安全でした。

Cons:

ドライヤーの性能が低く、温冷切り替えなどが無いので持参したほうが良いかも。パジャマ、スリッパ、ケトルなどもありません。

Amazing experience
Pros:

I highly recommend staying here. The staff is attentive, the noise level is basically minimal, and it's a convenient location that's close to public transit (BART, Muni buses, or ride-share if you prefer) to take you where ever you want to go. It's also right next to Chinatown. There's a free water station that's readily available and reusable glassware that is provided in each room to fill it up. Additionally, this place is perfect for personal and business travel.

I normally do not submit reviews, but my experiences staying here have always been outstanding. It's hard to choose another hotel to stay at than this one, unless you really want free breakfast; you can't miss with the cleanliness and quality that the Orchard Garden Hotel staff ensures they provide.
