Great stay in San Francisco
Pros:

Large well appointed rooms. Very clean. Great location. Helpful staff in particular Min Yi and Art who really made us feel welcome.

Great hotel, I will stay here again
Pros:

I had a lovely stay at the Orchard Garden Hotel. It's very centrally located with easy walking to many public transport options. I appreciated the little touches; a water station was available and there were glass carafes in the room to fill with water, so it was easy to stay hydrated. Nice full size bathrobes that don't feel thin and cheap. Real glassware rather than plastic. The rooftop garden has a nice view of the surrounding skyscrapers. The room was very comfortable and clean and staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to San Francisco.

Excellente localisation et calme
Pros:

La localisation : entre Chinatown et union square. A 20 minutes à pied de Oracle Park. Proche de tous les transports
Le calme : aucun bruit de la rue et des chambres avoisinantes
Le ménage réalisé tous les jours
Le personnel aimable

Cons:

La salle de fitness est vraiment médiocre. Pas de poids, juste des machines pour le cardio
On peut tout de même prendre un pass à 15$ pour le 24 hours fitness pas loin
Un peu d’aide avec tous les bagages (6) aurait pu être appréciable. En dehors de ça le personnel était top

Pros:

Great place to stay! The location is excellent, and the area is quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The online check-in and check-out process was very convenient, quick, and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows — they were not very comfortable.

Perfect hotel for the San Francisco experience
Pros:

The Orchard Garden Hotel is perfectly located between the “crazy” Chinatown and the poshy area around Union Square.
You have access to Cablecar, Subway & BART just 1-3 min away.
There is so much to see in walking distance already.
The hotel and the rooms are very spacious, silent and absolutely clean. The whole staff is very friendly. Especially the room cleaning team.
We had an issue with the Safe (my mistake) and the technician solved it in 5min.
The stay was the best during our 2 week trip in California and we definitely would recommend it to anyone, who wants value for absolutely fair price.
