Excellent location, clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. It’s a small boutique hotel located just next to the main entrance (dragon gate) of Chinatown at the intersection of Grant and Bush. Easy few blocks from fancy stores at Union Square. Cable car line just a few blocks away. Excellent restaurants close by. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel’s rooftop patio is a nice option. Overall, great stay and would return.

We had a view of construction out of our window, but we just kept it closed as it didn’t bother us.
OG is such a great hotel. it is always very clean. the location is perfect. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Always efficient housekeeping.
This time was a bit more pricy than usual. But it is worth the money. Also, not hotel's fault, but on my last night, there was extensive street work outside my window all night. Very very loud - hard to sleep. Maybe if this occurs again, hotel should give guests a heads up about it - and maybe have some earplugs available!
We had an amazing experience working with Ciara Jenkins and Rowan Solomon at The Orchard Hotel. From the very beginning, the booking process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Ciara and Rowan were both so helpful, professional, and welcoming, and they made us feel well taken care of every step of the way.
Everything felt seamless, from planning to arrival, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The entire experience was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. What an incredible experience my team had during our team retreat at the Orchard Hotel! The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The highlight of our stay was the incredible customer service and warmth we received from Collins, the Front Desk manager, and Rowan and Ciara from the Sales team. Rowan and Ciara made the planning process very easy and addressed all our needs. Collins was spectacular in accommodating any additional requests during our stay.
I would definitely return for my next trip to SF - be it business or pleasure.
