Outdated Rooms & Food Timings
Pros:

One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area—it had three fantastic pools and felt super spacious, so it never felt crowded. The lobby area was really nice to hang out in, and the dining room was lovely as well!

Cons:

- The room was not clean upon arrival. Walking barefoot left my feet visibly dirty, and the curtains were stained. The entire room felt outdated, with noticeably chipped furniture.
- The terrace faced a filthy white wall covered in dark marks (possibly mold or water damage), which was completely uninviting.
- The dining options are not child-friendly. Poolside food service opens only at 12:30 PM. For families with kids waking up around 6:00 AM, waiting until 1:30 PM to actually receive ordered food—when the kids are already exhausted—is far too late. The hotel definitely needs to rethink its food schedule for families.

שהיו ברשותי (4חדרים) היתה לנו תקרית מביכה עם עובד שנכנס לאחד החדרים ללא רשות עם מגבות שלא בקשנו
בעוד שתי בנותיי ונכדתי שהו בחדר.המקרה דווח למנהל תורן וזה התנצל ואמר שיעשה בירור בנושא עם מנהל המשק וקב״ט . מנהל התורן פיצה את כל החדרים שהזמנתי בארוחת ערב.
ביתי התחשמלה ממקרר מקצר . המקרר הוחלף בחדר 158

המלון ממוקם מול חוף אלמוג בסמיכות למועדוני צלילה ומאוד נגיש. הצוות אדיב מאוד ויש הקפדה שוטפת על הניקיון בכל מקום, כולל מסביב לבריכה ובחדר האוכל.

Pros:

התארחנו במלון באוגוסט. המלון נמצא רחוק ממרכז העיר, אבל מסביב למלון יש את כל מה שצריך – חוף ים, חנויות ואטרקציות.
הבריכה במלון נקייה מאוד ומנקים אותה כל יום, וזה מאוד חשוב. היחס של הצוות פשוט מעולה – 100 מתוך 100! הצוות מאוד אדיב, קשוב ותמיד מוכן לעזור.
החדרים נוחים למדי, ובמיוחד המזרנים – נוחים מאוד, וזה מבחינתי חשוב מאוד. ארוחות הבוקר טובות, עם מבחר גדול.
הדבר היחיד שקצת אכזב אותנו הוא החניה – ממש כמו לוטו: מצאת מקום? זכית! 😄
בסך הכול אני בהחלט ממליצה על המלון. אני בטוחה שתיהנו ותישארו מרוצים!
