Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in.

Due to the nationwide public smoking ban starting from March 2017, hotels cannot have rooms designated for smoking. Guest rooms, restaurants and entertainment venues will not be allowed to have smoking areas.

From February 10, 2025 to April 28, 2025, the SPA, fitness center and swimming pool on the 6th floor of the hotel will be closed for renovation and upgrading.

Welcoming and unpretentious 4 star hotel
Pros:

The location is easily walking distance to the Bund .. maybe 20 minutes . Shopping if you require it is close and handy. The room was what I needed and comfortable. I travelled alone and the staff were always helpful. Concierge checked on me when they saw I was waiting a while. I tend to be super early !! It’s a little luxury and care without breaking the bank.

Retro style hotel
Pros:

The location is ok. Short walk to the large SMP mall and Cruise terminal metro station. Rooms are fairly large, with a full size tub and walk in shower. There are a number of construction sites around the hotel, with work commencing early in the morning and into the evening. I suggest asking for a higher floor room, which is a slight improvement. Breakfast is ok; eggs can be cooked to order however there is only brewed coffee from an urn available.

Good hotel that looks dated
Pros:

Hotel room was rather dated but still in good condition. Bathroom wall was clear glass with no privacy tint so you can see all the way to the WC. I much prefer to do my private business in peace. Location of the hotel is away from the busy street which we enjoyed. Breakfast buffet was decent with a selection of western & local fare but presentation wise did not look great.

I won't stay again until construction is fully completed.

I love the decor style, and the infrastructure is well-equipped.

Cons:

The room has floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides facing 24/7 construction sites. While soundproof glass blocks most noise, low-frequency vibrations persist. Remarkably, the adjacent bathroom (only one wall away) stays quiet – suggesting this room needs extra acoustic insulation.

La ubicación y las instalaciones.

Cons:

El chico de recepción no nos gustó nada, a parte de la falta de comunicación ya que no sabía a penas inglés se le suma el desinterés de denotaba, por lo tanto la comunicación y la atención fue bastante regular. No nos explicó que nos iba a cobrar más en la reserva como depósito y que la devolución se haría automáticamente en unos días, nos fuimos del hotel con cierta intranquilidad por no saber que iba a pasar con ese depósito.
