The Forest Waterfall Pool will be undergoing renovation from now to 15 August 2024. During this time, our 25-yard infinity-edge pool at Baba Poolclub will remain open as usual. Guests who wish to use airport shuttle service are requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted under "Special Requests" during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the credit card holder is not a guest, please note that payment would need to be made via bank transfer within 48 hours after booking to secure the reservation. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for payment details.

Please be that the following room types are for adult guests only:

These room types only accommodate up to 2 adults and cannot serve extra people in extra beds or children in existing beds.


Pet is allowed to stay only in the villa.



We charge a nightly pet fee of 2’400 net.

A "small pet" is a cat or dog which is easily held/carried by the guest, a maximum of 45 lbs.

Guests are responsible for any damages to the villa and its contents. The guest's villa will be inspected for such damages prior to checkout. If extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, the guest may be charged additional fees.

At check-in, guests with a pet will need to sign the agreement which guarantees and authorizes credit card payment for any damage caused by their pet.

All guests shall be fully and solely responsible for disposal of pet waste, both inside and outside of their villa. Disposal must be made only by placing the pet waste in a sealed plastic bag and placing the bag in a dumpster. If pet owners do not properly dispose of pet waste they shall be required to reimburse the hotel authority for any expense involved in providing alternate waste disposal.

Housekeeping cleaning service will be provided only if the pet is removed from the villa during the service.

Pets must be under owner's control and should not disturb other guests (barking, non-friendly manner, etc.). Upon receipt of two (2) noise or disruptive complaints, the guest may be asked to make alternate arrangements for their pet.

Pet owner will be fully responsible for any injuries to the hotel employe or other hotel guest caused by their pets.

Pets are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel such as the lobby, sitting room, fitness center, library, dining area, any food service areas or at the pool.

Un paradiso a Phuket
Pros:

Villa incantevole con grande piscina privata vista oceano che circondava tutta la stanza e tramonti da sogno!
Fantastico tutto lo staff, dalla reception, al servizio concierge, al personale dei numerosi tuk tuk che circolano notte e giorno all’interno del resort, al personale del servizio ristorazione e pulizia stanze per non dimenticare i signori che si affrettano a pulire le strade interne dalle foglie di milioni di alberi presenti all’interno della struttura ed il personale addetto alla spiaggia, tutti sempre pronti, disponibili e gentilissimi.
Appena arrivati ci é stato offerto un upgrade gratuito che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.
La colazione é varia ed abbondante con materie prime di ottima qualità.
Abbiamo provato il ristorante Baba soul e Baba hot Box entrambi eccellenti!
Struttura consigliata a chi cerca tranquillità e riservatezza con un servizio a 5 stelle.

- super attentive staff and problems are resolved quickly
- Great views from room (see photos)
- Huge private pool (though most is in the shade)
- Outdoor hot tub

- Not 'luxury' as the hotel name implies
- old worn furniture in most rooms (see photos). We were moved somewhere better very quickly after complaining but it feels very much like the best room in an old three star hotel.
- Huge service charges and taxes
- No beach
- Villas so close together that you can hear families with children next door (we haven't extended our stay for this reason)
- Restaurants and food are poor - no western breakfast (sausages/bacon etc), the stake house we eat at was glum to say the least. I'm actually leaving this place to get on a plane with diarrhea
- Poor value for money compared to other resorts at this price point (JW, Four Seasons, Ritz etc)

Вкусные завтраки и приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Нет пляжа. Ни разу не купались в море, потому что это просто не возможно при таком пляже.
Пешком по территории ходить сложно, так как в горной местности отель, но бага быстро приезжают и везде вас возят.

اعجبني الاطلالة اخذت west view، المرافق فيها فيو والكوفي حقهم كان جميل واطلالات جميلة والمسبح بارد وتتساقط فيه الاوراق بس مجملاً جميل

الاكل والافطار جداً متواضع المخبوزات اقل من عادية ، البيض ماهو قد الطلب وهو الحد الادنى من الشيء المطلوب مع ذلك لم يكن بالشيء المطلوب،

Luxury Meets the Sea

I had the greatest honor and pleasure hosting a wedding in this luxurious resort and our experience with Sri Panwa was an absolute magic!

The ceremony was held on the glass view deck overlooking the beauty of Phuket beach. Cocktails followed at the Sunset Lounge where everyone enjoyed the cocktails and snacks while watching in awe of the beautiful sunset.

Dinner followed at the hall and the food were phenomenal - a fashion of Asian and Western delicacies, nothing was put to waste!

I highly commend the staff for being so accommodating and helpful. As one of the guests, I truly felt the high level of professionalism in each one of them.

I’m definitely going back.
