The Forest Waterfall Pool will be undergoing renovation from now to 15 August 2024. During this time, our 25-yard infinity-edge pool at Baba Poolclub will remain open as usual. Guests who wish to use airport shuttle service are requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted under "Special Requests" during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the credit card holder is not a guest, please note that payment would need to be made via bank transfer within 48 hours after booking to secure the reservation. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for payment details.

Please be that the following room types are for adult guests only:

These room types only accommodate up to 2 adults and cannot serve extra people in extra beds or children in existing beds.


Pet is allowed to stay only in the villa.



We charge a nightly pet fee of 2’400 net.

A "small pet" is a cat or dog which is easily held/carried by the guest, a maximum of 45 lbs.

Guests are responsible for any damages to the villa and its contents. The guest's villa will be inspected for such damages prior to checkout. If extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, the guest may be charged additional fees.

At check-in, guests with a pet will need to sign the agreement which guarantees and authorizes credit card payment for any damage caused by their pet.

All guests shall be fully and solely responsible for disposal of pet waste, both inside and outside of their villa. Disposal must be made only by placing the pet waste in a sealed plastic bag and placing the bag in a dumpster. If pet owners do not properly dispose of pet waste they shall be required to reimburse the hotel authority for any expense involved in providing alternate waste disposal.

Housekeeping cleaning service will be provided only if the pet is removed from the villa during the service.

Pets must be under owner's control and should not disturb other guests (barking, non-friendly manner, etc.). Upon receipt of two (2) noise or disruptive complaints, the guest may be asked to make alternate arrangements for their pet.

Pet owner will be fully responsible for any injuries to the hotel employe or other hotel guest caused by their pets.

Pets are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel such as the lobby, sitting room, fitness center, library, dining area, any food service areas or at the pool.

Pros:

The staff is professional and really friendly and helpful, the room itself was clean and had great view, the breakfast comes with a lot of options, tuk tuk service is very fast

Cons:

The baba nest was fully booked during our stay. I didn't feel it is walking friendly, i used the tuk tuk service all the time

Pros:

إقامة أكثر من رائعة في هذا المنتجع الجميل في بوكيت 🌴

من لحظة الوصول كان الاستقبال جداً راقي، والمنتجع واسع ومريح ويعطي إحساس بالخصوصية والاسترخاء.
حجزت فيلا تحتوي على غرفة وصالة، مع حمام كبير، وحوش خارجي فيه جلسة خاصة، بالإضافة إلى بانيو وشاور خارجي ومسبح خاص كبير بعمق يقارب 1.30 متر – مناسب جداً للاسترخاء والسباحة.

المرافق داخل المنتجع متكاملة، من مسبح عام كبير إلى نادي رياضي، وغرفة ألعاب (بلياردو، تنس طاولة، هوكي)، وأيضاً ملاعب تنس.
تعامل الموظفين كان جداً رائع وودود، وخدمتهم سريعة ومميزة.

المنتجع يوفر شاطئ خاص، بالإضافة إلى خدمة التنقل بالتوك توك داخل المكان، وهذا شيء مريح جداً.
أما الفطور فكان متنوع وطازج ويناسب جميع الجنسيات، مع خيارات كثيرة وجودة عالية.

النقطة الوحيدة اللي ممكن تُذكر: كثرة الأشجار الجميلة تعطي طابع طبيعي رائع، لكن بنفس الوقت تسبب تساقط أوراق في المسبح والحوش بشكل مستمر، وهذا شيء طبيعي في المنتجعات الاستوائية.

بشكل عام، المنتجع يستاهل سعره مقارنة بالمنتجعات الفخمة المشابهة، وأقيّمه 10/10، وبالتأكيد راح أكرر التجربة مرة ثانية

One of the best stays, highly recommended.

Best place to stay in Phuket!
Pros:

We originally visited Sri Panwa in 2017 and was in awe of its beauty, impeccable service, delicious food, convenience, and amazing location. We were super impressed and so sad to leave. Fast forward to 2026 - we renewed our vows for our 10 year wedding anniversary and brought 20 of our friends and family with us. They made the process so easy and to say that everyone enjoyed was an understatement. Returning 9 years later, Sri Panwa was even better with upgraded spaces but with the same amazing service. I cannot thank them enough for the unforgettable memories and look forward to our next trip there ♥️

Highly reccomend at least for a few nights to enjoy the views and amenities.
Pros:

You get exactly what you pay for here. Stunning views and excellent amenities and service. This is really luxury service and hospitality. The hotel is located in a secluded area which is good or bad depending on what you want… but there is a 7-11 and various restaurants walking distance from the main exit.

Cons:

Because it’s built on a mountain you need to wait for a tuk tuk service to take you almost anywhere including the front desk or exit. You CAN walk but things are far and separated by steep hills. But keep in mind the stunning views wouldn’t exist if you weren’t on a mountain.
