The Forest Waterfall Pool will be undergoing renovation from now to 15 August 2024. During this time, our 25-yard infinity-edge pool at Baba Poolclub will remain open as usual. Guests who wish to use airport shuttle service are requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted under "Special Requests" during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the credit card holder is not a guest, please note that payment would need to be made via bank transfer within 48 hours after booking to secure the reservation. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for payment details.

Please be that the following room types are for adult guests only:

These room types only accommodate up to 2 adults and cannot serve extra people in extra beds or children in existing beds.


Pet is allowed to stay only in the villa.



We charge a nightly pet fee of 2’400 net.

A "small pet" is a cat or dog which is easily held/carried by the guest, a maximum of 45 lbs.

Guests are responsible for any damages to the villa and its contents. The guest's villa will be inspected for such damages prior to checkout. If extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, the guest may be charged additional fees.

At check-in, guests with a pet will need to sign the agreement which guarantees and authorizes credit card payment for any damage caused by their pet.

All guests shall be fully and solely responsible for disposal of pet waste, both inside and outside of their villa. Disposal must be made only by placing the pet waste in a sealed plastic bag and placing the bag in a dumpster. If pet owners do not properly dispose of pet waste they shall be required to reimburse the hotel authority for any expense involved in providing alternate waste disposal.

Housekeeping cleaning service will be provided only if the pet is removed from the villa during the service.

Pets must be under owner's control and should not disturb other guests (barking, non-friendly manner, etc.). Upon receipt of two (2) noise or disruptive complaints, the guest may be asked to make alternate arrangements for their pet.

Pet owner will be fully responsible for any injuries to the hotel employe or other hotel guest caused by their pets.

Pets are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel such as the lobby, sitting room, fitness center, library, dining area, any food service areas or at the pool.

Highly reccomend at least for a few nights to enjoy the views and amenities.
Pros:

You get exactly what you pay for here. Stunning views and excellent amenities and service. This is really luxury service and hospitality. The hotel is located in a secluded area which is good or bad depending on what you want… but there is a 7-11 and various restaurants walking distance from the main exit.

Cons:

Because it’s built on a mountain you need to wait for a tuk tuk service to take you almost anywhere including the front desk or exit. You CAN walk but things are far and separated by steep hills. But keep in mind the stunning views wouldn’t exist if you weren’t on a mountain.

A Dream Wedding & Unforgettable Stay in Paradise

I feel incredibly lucky to have had my wedding at Sri Panwa Phuket Luxury Pool Villa Hotel — truly one of the most luxurious and special places in Phuket.

Since this was an overseas wedding and I didn’t hire an external planner, I relied heavily on the hotel’s wedding team — and they exceeded every expectation. From my very first enquiry, to our initial online meetings, the site visit 7 months before the wedding, final preparations, rehearsal day, and the actual wedding day, the support was just amazing throughout.

A very special thank you to our on-site wedding planner, Annie. She was professional, caring, incredibly detail-oriented, and so well-organised. She really made my dream wedding come true. She was also super flexible — even with some last-minute requests (and I had quite a few!), she always did her best to accommodate everything. You could genuinely feel how much she cared.

All of our guests and family were so impressed by the service. Every single staff member was attentive, friendly, and always aiming to provide exceptional service. Yes, the price is on the higher side compared to a typical holiday in Thailand, but for us, it was absolutely worth every penny. Occasionally, a few newer staff might miss small details, but their passion and sincerity more than make up for it.

From the tuk tuk drivers, to restaurant staff, to housekeeping — we felt so well taken care of every single moment.

We stayed for 4 nights in total — 3 nights in a one-bedroom villa and 1 night in the Yaya Pool Suite. Honestly, it felt too short to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer! There’s so much to explore: the public pool, spa, private beach, and a variety of restaurants. We also enjoyed our best spa in our life here!

The location is a bit far from the city centre, but that’s exactly what gives it such privacy and those breathtaking views. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the authentic Thai options (which we loved), and it was great to also have Japanese and Chinese choices available.

If you’re looking for something unique and different from the usual hotel chains, this is definitely the place. We would absolutely love to come back for our anniversary one day — I’m sure it will bring back all the beautiful memories, along with the same outstanding service.

Wedding at Sri Panwa
Pros:

I had my wedding at Sri Panwa and honestly it was such a beautiful and unforgettable day.

The view is amazing, but what I appreciated most was how easy everything felt. Khun Annie helped me plan everything online and made it super smooth. I only came one day before for rehearsal and everything was already set.

On the day, the team took really good care of everything so I could just enjoy the moment without stress.

If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind destination wedding on a cliff above the clouds, overlooking the beautiful sea, this is the place.
