Good hotel clean

The rooms were pretty decent, but could have been cleaned a little bit better. The cleaning lady hair is shedding, so there was hair in the tub and on the sheet sheets. Also, there was a ring around the inside of the toilet and all of the ice machines were out of order.

Room was very noisy. Window was soundproof. Road noise was constant. Bathroom fan was on constantly. Limited trash cans. No breakfast. Night staff was not helpful bordering on rude. No working ice machines in entire building. I would not come close to recommending this property.

First of all, you can only enter the property through one driveway even though there’s a second driveway, which would be much easier to use along the side, I have no idea why they keep this driveway shut, but it forces you to go around on the highway, Bunch to get the direction you need to go. They really need to open that gate. As for the hotel. Staff are extremely friendly but clearly they need more of them. Room was not cleaned properly. Dead roaches, stains of lord only knows what, I’m scared to shower in this without catching some kind of funk. Walking around barefoot on what should be clean floors, and everything is sticky and dirty like the floor of a movie theater, even the carpet. Even the remote control was sticky. The walls are not insulated against noise so I was awoken several times by noisy upstairs neighbors stomping around. If I wasn’t so exhausted from a long drive today, I would have switched hotels. The saving grace is that the front desk gentleman is a kind and attentive host! Otherwise give this place a pass.

Absolutely filthy, run down out of date and did I say filthy? Elevator is disgusting, floors are disgusting, floor in room is disgusting, hair in shower, not one strand, lots of it. AC controls were broken and missing so you couldn’t make any adjustments to temp. Key card slots don’t work or are temperamental, laundry room is completely missing door handle so you get stuck in there or risk losing a finger trying to get it open. Washer takes your money, dryer gets excessively hot but doesn’t dry your clothes. Save your money, go somewhere else

Very clean and easy to park

Showed up a hour early. Was unable to check in. Girl at front desk said I could park there and wait as long as I didnt “bother anyone in the parking lot”. Room was fine. Ice machines on all three floors did not work. Okay overall.

Room is perfect if all you need is a place to sleep. Their clean rooms and beds are comfy.

The property was decent. The rooms nice, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, fruit, cereal, and much more. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The area was safe and convenient. Shopping was within a 5 -10 minute drive or less as well as family fun activities and restaurants.

Was not a bad hotel room however security is apparently low priority because one of the outside doors that goes straight to the room does not require a key card to open the laundry room door handle was missing making it hard to get out of it

Shower head always broken. Otherwise satisfactory

Well to when got their the lady at the desk wash rude and didn’t even take cash app… and then she was just rude.. everything thing else was fine

Property was great just a problem woth vending machines couldn't get a drink

The pool was filthy and the gym was nonexistent. Altogether the place was pretty dirty. They constantly had a sign at the register that said we'll be back in five minutes, even if they were there.

Service sucked had to reactivate my room key twice only one ice machine working in the whole building

I called 2 months ahead of travel and explained we were coming for a wedding and needed to check in 1 hour early to change. I was told it would be fine. When we arrived told us there was no early check in and if there was it would cost $30. Also the ac thermostats in both rooms messed up. They were clean and breakfast was good.

Literally the worst hotel experience ever. And I travel A LOT. The hotel is called Comfort Inn AND SUITES, & I reserved and paid for a suite. Upon arrival, I was provided a key to a room only to walk into a tiny room with dirty and wet clothes all over the floor, food and food containers scattered all over the room and a horrible smell. Upon returning to the desk to point this out, they sent me to another room however this new room was also tiny and was NOT a suite. Upon returning to the desk again, I was told by the employee that this location does not have suites. I asked a clarifiying question of whether they just didnt have any more suites available at the time or if they literally have no suites at the entire hotel. The employee said they do not have suites at that location, despite their name and despite the website saying they had suites available. I tried to cancel my reservation but the hotel refused. No refund. And they wouldnt even change or discount the price of the room since they wanted to move me to a smaller room. ZERO accomodation or discount for this. Needless to say I will never be back and I would advise everyone to stay clear of this place. Not only was it filthy, the customer service was horrendous and they refused to fix their own mistake. STAY AWAY!

After having a nightmare check-in at another hotel, they were able to get me a room at 1am quickly. The room was nice and cold. The bed/bedding are very comfy. Good water pressure in the shower, the front desk was also friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the towel situation, I was not able to get 2 extra towels for our room without giving 2 used towels back in return. Very strange never encountered that before. Other than that no major issues.
