Too noisy
Pros:

I booked here even though it was more expensive, because the cancellation policy was slightly more generous and my plans weren't totally solid. The hotel seemed well-maintained overall.

Cons:

We did not sleep well at this hotel because there was so much street noise and we could hear everything outside our room in the hallway as well as in neighboring rooms. Better quality pillows and a more substantial comforter would also improve the experience.

Pleasant short stay
Pros:

Good location and easy to get to the concert venue. Interaction with hotel employees was pleasant. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was a dirty towel in the shower from the previous guest.

The staff in the hotel were excellent…customer service was perfect.
Pros:

The morning breakfast was very good. The woman staff of the breakfast room and food was just excellent. She was very friendly and very helpful. She made sure everything was clean, food always hot, tables were always clean and very helpful. It was the best part of staying at the hotel.
Also the front desk was excellent. When we were there two different men were staffing the front desk and were both excellent.

Cons:

The noise. One night the people above us were very busy stomping and running in their room until very late hours. The traffic noise was also loud, but I know that has nothing to do with the hotel…is a location issue.

Room I booked unavailable
Cons:

Booked a king room on booking. Pre paid. Went to hotel an hour and a half later and there was not a king room available. They said they couldn’t refund me and would have to wait to work with booking. It is almost a week later and the charge is still pending on my account. And it was a kick in the face because we had made the res as we left our dying mother at the hospital and needed a room. Instead we had to drive over 2 hours home after midnight.
