Best staff and service!
Pros:

We came away from every interaction with their staff just blown away by their level of customer service! So kind, so helpful, always going above and beyond any interaction we had. Front desk person checking us in had water bottles for us when we came in with our suitcases late at night AND brought up toothpaste to our room when we forgot ours. Breakfast crew continuously restocked and reassured us when we spilled anything and quickly picked it up; Lisa at the front desk was so helpful, getting us towels and opening the pool for us, and making sure we could get back in, joking with the kids and being so friendly. We just kept looking at each other so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the staff was! Thank you —you made all the difference in our experience!

Wonderful, clean and convenient!
Pros:

I love Best Western and this particular location is my go-to because it’s close to family, serve breakfast and there’s a convenience store, post office and restaurant right within walking distance.

Room size was good, breakfast was good, front desk person with attitude
Pros:

The room was decent clean

Cons:

Front desk African American lady that worked on 09/27/2005 was very rude to us without any reason make us feel very uncomfortable, HR should NOT hire people for customer service specifically for front desk with No respect and attitude!!

Disappointment upon arrival

Cons:

We reserved an early check in through the hotel itself, it was approved. We were in town for my Uncle’s funeral, when we arrived the receptionist was rude, no empathy and just kept saying we were at capacity and cannot honor an early check in. Also the floor in our bathroom had loose tile and a lightbulb was burnt out.
