Cons:

Once the parking lot got full it was nowhere to park . I walked to the office at 4am to ask was there more parking and was told “down the street “ drove around for 2 hours could not find parking so couldn’t sleep in hotel for the rest of night because I couldn’t find parking to park my vehicle without getting it towed so money well wasted

Looked like nothing had been cleaned since 3 stays ago. There was dirt everywhere. The bathtub had several cockroaches. The towels were dirty. The room had a foul odor. The bed sheets hadn’t been washed and were stained. The tv remote didn’t work to turn the tv on or change the volume. The thermostat was broken. Judging based on the lack of care for the place, we didn’t even want to say anything in fear of employees getting upset and making our time worse than it was.

Dirty and smelly, but will work if you’re in a pinch
Pros:

The location and the fact that it has two beds and a full kitchen is helpful

Cons:

The place was incredibly dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Walls are crazy thin. Front desk person came and greeted me in bare feet.

My experience
Pros:

I loved that it was close to the beach , it was a quick walk and convenient for shopping and food! Also there was an extra room !!

Cons:

There were roaches in my room , the toilet seat top was broken , and there was no TV or ac in the back room. Not many outlets to charge things for my kids devices.

I was grateful 4 his ability to welcome me the first night, but I would have appreciated more honesT
Pros:

No breakfast or coffee offered. Proprietor appears unaware of the reality in his rooms. He made a couple of statements which turned out to be untrue (phone working/not working). He also told me when I asked after my first night that the second would be $85 and he made me give him back the key. So when I returned later the price went up to $100.

Cons:

Coffee, breakfast. A proprietor good as his first word.
