All flash but no service.
Pros:

Whistling window and a call to reception after 20 minutes another call. After another 30 minutes, a call from reception to check if all is OK. Obviously not as no-one had been.
Ironing board but no iron.
No tv guide on the tv.
One electric socket, one USB outlet.
Service in the bar is terribly slow.
Might be ok for a one night business guest but for a longer stay.

Pros:

Room was good, breakfast was good location was great, staff are fantastic i felt very safe staying there and would definitely stay there again and recomend. However I am still waiting on my with holding amount to be refunded to my credit card

Cons:

I booked a treatment at the day spa which was advertised as part of the hotel . I booked in for the Body scrub which stated in the brochure provided by the hotel that it included a full massage it was expensive and while treatment has started was informed by young therapist that it didn't include a massage of which i was charged an additional 799ZAR for. I rung and spoke to them and said a 1.15min treatment at this price has always included the massage as advertised in your brochure I too am a therapist & never had this treatment where a massage was not included. They should have honored what they advertised and I should be have been reimbursed for the overcharge am really disappointed in this and wont recommend for this reason. When I read it to her from her brochure respond was oh yes we need to change that. This was good enough the young therapist was a great therapist but should have put me onto a senior to have got this resolved.

Eine sehr gute Erfahrung.
Pros:

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, auf Sicherheit bedacht, das Bett war super gemütlich, die Dusche ebenso.

Cons:

Das Fenster ist sehr klein und es gab keinen Blick.

Very disappointed that we had to pay so much for just "a bed"
Pros:

Room was ok, except for the noise and dust of construction
Breakfast - N/A
Location - Always great except for the renovations

Cons:

The fact that the hotel is completely under renovations and could not host our clients and guests at the hotel. Had to travel elsewhere to host our clients / guests. Total inconvenience
