staff on location was kind and friendly

Cons:

I asked to rebook to another date, but that was denied due to "no availability", although I was able to get several rooms of exactly the same category on the new date. Obviously the hotel attempted to re-rent and earn double. I then asked to cancel for free, but that was also denied. As a Gold Elite customer I would have expected some sort of solution, not just plain greed.

All flash but no service.
Pros:

Whistling window and a call to reception after 20 minutes another call. After another 30 minutes, a call from reception to check if all is OK. Obviously not as no-one had been.
Ironing board but no iron.
No tv guide on the tv.
One electric socket, one USB outlet.
Service in the bar is terribly slow.
Might be ok for a one night business guest but for a longer stay.
