Location, cleanliness was great, warm, & comfortable.
The tub plug didn't work right, and then when I got it to work, it wouldn't drain (drained overnight) and then for a morning shower, it didn't drain and it was unpleasant- no coffee maker in the room- and an elevator that was off limits to people!
The property was very nice, it looked renovated, the stuff was super friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. And the breakfast was superb!
The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the sofa-bed was quite uncomfortable.
Room size was great, and I like having the option for a king-sized bed.
Amenities like the firepit, pool, and hot tub were a plus.
Parking was ample.
The sitting area in the room with 2 wing back chairs was not comfortable or cozy.
Though they were replaced every day, only 2 bath towels per day, for two people seemed skimpy.
Though a typical hotel breakfast, I am not a fan. Could have had more fresh fruit, prepared oatmeal, and more topping for the waffles, to name a few. ,

Beautiful property, very clean, great breakfast Zac was so helpful and informative. Room was always warm even with the heat off. The temperature dropped to freezing outside but our room stayed at 74 degrees.

Very comfortable room. Very clean. Love the special makeup removal wipe and towel. Breakfast was quite good! There was a good selection and it was all fresh.
The elevator was out of order . We got a notice about it in advance.

The location was convenient to Rockport and Camden. It was not walking distance to anything but parking was not a problem.
Breakfast was an egg frittata with sausages, waffles, variety breads and cereal.
We did need to drive wherever we wanted to go but we knew that when booking.
The breakfast met our expectations.
We stay in room #220 which included a nice sitting area. It would have been nice if the TV stand and the desk on the same wall positions were switched. We think if this is possible, you would be able to watch the television from both the sitting area and in bed.

We liked the large, very comfortable, very clean and warm queen room and the added little sitting room. Breakfast was served in a pretty dining area. The food served was great. The hotel is situated just a little outside Camden and next to Rockport. We enjoyed the quiet. Staff were friendly.
