Shilo Inn Suites Hotel - Killeen

A delightful place to stay. Others reviewed it as in need of modernization. But for us older folks it was just the way we like it. Most important the beds were good, which is a priority for old folks.
Water pressure in the shower was outstanding.
Loved the restaurant at the end of the hallway. Good food! Lovely service too. The lady in charge of the hotel said they would be starting a complimentary morning breakfast for their guests. That has become very important these days. Our only complaint was the pool. The water was not in good condition and the machinery looked like it had not had attention for a while. Please attend to it because it is a nice indoor pool feature. If we come back to visit our grandson at Ft. Hood we will definitely stay at Shilo Inn.

Shiloh hotel was excellent family type environment made me feel at home. The service was great. The hotel was great. The GM was very accommodating not only to me but all my party I recommend that this hotel would be one of the best places for you to stay reasonable prices good service, safe and clean

Amazing staff, and located within a good selection of restaurants. Pool was closed with no reason of why printed of door. All in all worth the price of the stay.

Room was as expected -no complaints except we only had 1 wash cloth. The problem with this facility was the constant marijuana stench. People smoking pot right in front of the hotel constantly. Lobby and elevators smelled like pot as well. Don’t know
If we will stay again because of this. The way it smelled tells me this is common there.

The hotel personnel were very courteous, and they showed that they appreciated us being a guest in their establishment. Great customer service. We will be a repeat customer.

The room was spacious and clean, however the TV has very few channels and it’s an old tube style TV. The hot tub and pool were nice but the sauna/steam room were out of order and the paint is really peeling badly over the pool.

The property was very clean. They were in a very quiet area what I did not like about the property it could be updated. The television looks very old and the telephone.

Pool was disgusting look like lake water murky the hot tub had a bunch of dirt at the bottom and the rooms are outdated it had a tv from the 2000s. Not worth the price property needs to be updated.

This a good place to stay.

The place was extremely clean! The person at the front desk was so nice and welcoming!

The staff was pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. More attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of the rooms (toilets, bath tubs, bed linen, carpet, etc. Also, thank God I took my own body wash with me as those samples wlarent even enough for one per lson to bathr once with. Also seeing that the room was equipped with a microwave.. maybe you could provide small plates along with the glasses as well. Overall I had a peaceful stay.

The stay was good...i think that its a little pricey to not offer a complimentary breakfast after paying over $100 for one night...and check out should be at noon instead of 11am

Our overall stay was excellent when we were there from Friday (8/8) until Sunday (8/10). Our room was cleaned when we first checked in.

The only thing that was unusual was the setup of our bathroom because sink and faucet were located right next to our main room door. Toilet and shower were together in the same room separate from sink & faucet. This set up reminded me of how some of the bathrooms in France were set up.

The biggest gripe for me was the stairway across from room 302 going down to the first floor smelled like someone has been smoking pot the whole time that were staying there.

Otherwise, awesome stay at an awesome facility!

Bed pillows were like throw pillows instead of regular size. Lamps didn't work. No USB ports for charging.

Very quiet and peaceful

Large spacious room. The outside appears dated but the hotel and rooms are well maintained for the price
