If you plan to spend most of your time out and just need somewhere to sleep, it’s a solid choice.

Location was great, room was very big!

Cons:

Breakfast included at the hotel - not great. Pre-made sandwiches, no eggs.... or anything similar. Fruits, coffee (available all day - great!)

Very nice property; horrible breakfast.
Pros:

Cute property in safe location on border between Newport and Middleton. Nice big room. Plenty of towels.

The location’s great you can easily get activities in Newport and it’s a quick ride into other areas of Rhode Island. A

Front desk staff was lovely. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The walls are paper, thin, and you can hear all your neighbors. A little tough business travel, not too many outlets in the room.
