The location’s great you can easily get activities in Newport and it’s a quick ride into other areas of Rhode Island. A
Pros:

Front desk staff was lovely. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The walls are paper, thin, and you can hear all your neighbors. A little tough business travel, not too many outlets in the room.

Clean and cheap enough, but not really a bargain.

Location. Cleanliness. Price were all good.

Cons:

Weird layout of furniture in room, some of it very uncomfortable. Not much lighting, and electrical sockets were not strategically placed. Ugly fake wood floors were unexpected, and the heating unit was noisy and not very effective.

Excellent value, convenience and comfort!
Pros:

This is the third time we have stayed at the Carriage House. Excellent value for the price and very convenient to downtown Newport and the mansions on Bellevue Avenue. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Check in is easy and requests are always honored. We skipped breakfast because we left at a very early hour before it was put out. The desk clerk directed us to a mom and pop donut shop nearby where we got good coffee for the ride home.

Agradable.
Pros:

La habitacion limpia y la cama muy confortable. El desayuno de puntuacion les doy un 3. Lo importante y lo que mas me gusto la ubicacion es perfecta, cerca a toda la zona turistica. En resumen aparte del desayuno todo fue exelente.

Nice, quiet and peaceful place
Pros:

Nice location, quiet area, beautiful old New England decor. Comfortable and very clean. I like that no animals are accepted, keeping place quiet.

Cons:

No milk and cereal for breakfast.

Cutest boutique hotel!
Pros:

Such a cute hotel!! Beds were very comfy and the room was extremely clean. Convenient location to all the sites in Newport.

Cons:

Walls were a bit thin so we could hear people in the hallway at night. Continental breakfast was a bit lackluster.
