The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. I already provided my reaction to the breakfast.
First of all there was a general musty odor throughout. We received no housekeeping services until we stopped at the
reception desk on the second day and requested clean towels. Because no one had entered our room, our bed was not made and coffee supplies not replaced. Nothing that we expected in the way of housekeeping was done. Secondly, we were
appalled by the fact that breakfast consisted of breakfast sandwiches which had to be heated in the nearby microwave and
various packaged cakes and bars. We found it unacceptable. I had brought a hair dryer from home, but when I attempted to
use the provided one it emitted a burnt smell. Needless to say, I did not use it. We chose this Inn for its proximity to downtown Newport and for its quaint appearance online. Because we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary this past weekend, it was even more upsetting.
Location was quiet- just outside the hustle and bustle of the downtown area yet only minutes away. Inn was exceptionally clean, staff was welcoming and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Nice continental plus grab and go breakfast featuring goodies from a New York bakery. Spacious, updated suite. Super quiet.
Maybe add umbrellas to tables on deck for shade; a few lounge chairs for resting in the sun. Maybe add afternoon snacks and drinks.

A propriedade é charmosa e bem localizada, num local tranquilo e próximo a tudo. Havia café da manhã self service. Bem industrializado, mas bom para começar o dia sem ter que procurar onde comer alguma coisa.
Não posso dizer que não tenha gostado de algo. O hotel não é fantástico, mas também não cobra o preço que os fantásticos cobram. E tudo funciona, então não avaliarei nada negativamente
Nice modern facility with charm of an older house. Decor was tasteful and quite nice. Convenient location and pleasant staff. Personal service. We had a rare room with 2 beds and a nice separate sitting area. Expensive but worth it.
