Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Grounds and property often described as immaculate and breathtaking, but reviewers noted specific cleanliness/service issues at breakfast, a somewhat neglected garden and a dusty parking area.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as lovely, welcoming and attentive; however several reviews mention the property is understaffed which caused service shortfalls (particularly at breakfast).
Location
9.6
Location praised as serene with beautiful grounds and convenient walks to Maussane and Paradou; architecture and setting consistently highlighted as a major positive.
Room Quality
9.6
Rooms and cottages described as spacious, well designed and very comfortable (family rooms generous, occasional upgrades to lovely cottages). One note about air conditioning not working well in one room.

Strong amenities include attractive adult-only pool, solarium and pleasant common areas; family pool can get crowded and there are occasional external/terrace wildlife issues.

8.3
Multiple comments that the hotel is on the expensive side (e.g. €30 breakfast noted as high); some guests found price not fully justified despite high quality.

Écrin provençal chic et douillet
Pros:

La DA de l'hôtel est irréprochable.

Cons:
