Radisson Hotel Khajuraho

I recently had a truly wonderful stay at the Radisson Jass Hotel Khajuraho. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was top-notch, making my visit to this historic city even more memorable. A huge, special thanks goes to Sumit at the Front Desk. He was incredibly helpful and professional, providing me with detailed information about all the local tourist spots. His assistance in arranging my Tiger Safari at Panna National Park was seamless and took all the stress out of the planning.
I also want to give a massive shout-out to Hariom at the restaurant. Knowing I had an early start for the jungle safari, he went above and beyond to ensure I had breakfast during the early hours of the morning before I headed out. That kind of personalized service is rare and much appreciated ,
The rooms and amenities at the hotel are wonderful—clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Khajuraho!

Being a disabled person I am disappointed that the disabled room is not being maintained properly. There were no twin beds in the room!! The closet leaked from the front base!! The housekeeping did not change the cups kept for morning tea!! Please consider these points. Thank you

We are here during the dance festival. The hotel is supposedly a 5 star and charging 24k per night. But the amenities and service standards are more like a 3 star. Poor wifi connectivity in rooms, water force in the shower is erratic, no 24 hr cafe. Our card was deactivated after 2 days. I had to go back to the reception to get it activated. Food quality is average. Not at all worth the price you pay. Avoidable.

1. The house keeping was terrible.
Bath water from bath tub was seeping in the bathroom outside the bathtub, risking senior citizens like us to slip.
2. The drain through the washbasin was slower than the water filling in.
3. Two separate beds were attached to form a single double bed, leaving the central area of electric switches hidden behind the beds. This led to individual lights to be operated individually.
4. No action taken even after informing the front desk.
5. The hotel is a run down property, apparent from finish in the rooms.
6. On checking in there were no towels in the room.
7. One of the rooms was stinking with foul smell.
8. The breakfast & buffet spreads were not inadequate as per 5 star standards.
9. The staff was very courteous.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to temples.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Excellent property, great ambience, Good location, very near to western group of temples. Food may be better.

Nice hotel with spa facilities if required. Easy walking distance to centre & market area as well as in close proximity to the temples.

i am staying in hotel Radisson Jass Khajuraho. The food in excellent service is very good and staffing is very nice. Shaheen gave us excellent service during our stay. The breakfast room-and my room is lovely.

It has been a perfectly wonderful stay in Radisson, Khajuraho.
Asif and Shaheen at the front desk made the best arrangements according to our requirements.
Srikanth packed our breakfast with utmost care and ensured we had everything we wanted during our morning safaris in Panna .The guy who made our tea was also so wonderful. Santosh in the room service also deserves a mention.
This property is spectacular and absolutely safe , especially for women travelling alone.
Shout out to Radisson Khajuraho. We shall return.

Good location of property and ample space. Ventilation in toilets to improve, Party on NewYear was ok but veg food had overdose of spices and not tatsefull.Room size is ok.

The serving was excellent and the personnel was helpful and resolved all the problems. They provided prompt assistance in recovering the earring clasp that had fallen into the sink, with the manager Sachin proactively coordinating the process and ensuring a swift and efficient resolution.

Superb location and a wonderful, supportive staff to ensure your stay in Khajuraho was a fantastic one. This hotel is well situated for access to both the temple and the Panna Tiger Reserve.

My wife had an ease massage and glow facial at the Core and Pure with a lady called 'Kalem' and she says it's the best massage she's ever had (and she's had loads).

Great housekeeping, the hotel is spotless and the restaurant does great food. Everyone, from the doorman who greets you on return from a trip to the reception staff have all made our stay in this area absolutely wonderful.

A mixed experience overall. The property itself is well located, making it convenient for visiting the temples and nearby attractions. The surroundings are peaceful, and the hotel has good potential in terms of layout and infrastructure. Rooms were reasonably clean, spacious, and comfortable, and housekeeping did a decent job during the stay. Spl thanks to Ram Kishore, Raj Kumar & Santosh, Sachin in front office.
However, the major disappointment was the bakery services. Some items felt stale or poorly prepared. The bakery section, in particular, needs serious improvement.
Another concern was the attitude of some senior staff. While junior staff members were polite and helpful, the senior management came across as indifferent and unapproachable. With better food quality and a more professional, guest-friendly management approach, this hotel could significantly improve and offer a much more satisfying stay.
