Lady at desk was very pleasant and accommodating
Paying to park on there property is ridiculous.
The room was very big and spacious, the beds where very comfortable!
Some of the lights didn't work in the room, the plug 🔌 was loose, now my son did waste juice and he told the front desk and pointed him to the bathroom for paper towels to clean it his self which pissed me off, because when I waste water before at a hotel and told them they cleaned it up, and for the price I paid that's their job to do so.
Juan greeted us upon arrival and was great to talk with. While he couldn’t get our rooms on the same floor, overall we had a good experience!
Breakfast could be served a little later. It was over at 9:30, being on vacation it was over by the time we got up.

Door to the room looked like it had been “jimmied” at one point. Did not prohibit the door from functioning properly just a little shocked upon checking in

When you first walk in the lobby smells so clean. The staf is unbelievably friendly and helped us through a situation.
The parking lot is a little hard to navigate through with the one way that goes in front of the entrance, we ended up having an issue with another person who was parked in front of the door entrances and we couldn't get through the one way. And when we politely asked the gentleman to move his car he threatened me and created a whole scene.
The cleanliness and comfort. The location was perfect.

the back door to pool was not accessible due to a broken lock but that is all
My husband is a vet and has a service dog. We were denied due to the dogs weight and had to board my husband dog during our stay making it difficult for my husband. Under the federal law, a service dog is not to be denied. When asking to speak to a manger regarding matter. The manger was not available. This lead to more issues besides my husband.

perfect location friendly staff
We came for my niece's wedding in Amelia Island. The hotel was wo derful and only 6 miles from the venue! It was perfect!
