Lovely breakfast area.
The room was hot, and it took hours to cool down. The lady at the front desk on Saturday morning was extremely rude to the point of being mean. We were going to put our friends’ luggage in our room because their flight arrived early and she would not let them check in until 2. (We had checked in the evening before), she absolutely refused to let us take them upstairs to our room to leave their luggage until the afternoon when they could check in. I asked her why and she just kept saying “It’s not allowed”. I even asked if the hotel was full, and she said 12 rooms were occupied and 20 were not. It was absolutely absurd. We live in Italy and had gone to Rome to pick up our friends, and this woman was being unreasonable and ugly to us. Every other person in the weekend was friendly and nice, and she was just awful. We will absolutely never stay here again. Rome has way too many other properties to choose from.

Very clean, comfortable and location (close to the airport)
Non era un viaggio di piacere ma lo staff e i pelosoni hanno aiutato tanto. La stanza pulitissima, molto confortevole. La colazione con torte fatte in casa, da provare assolutamente la torta di mele e la crostata alla Nutella. Lo staff molto preciso, mi ha colpito in positivo la gestione di un gruppo molto consistente che si è presentato circa 4 ore in anticipo. Bravi tutti.

Shower in separated location than sink(!)
Paid breakfast which started on 6:30 ,had to leave at 6:15 and asked for a takeaway breakfast but no one bothered .
Hotel exactly near a fuel station
Shuttle transfer to airport costs 50 because they don’t bother to combine guests on same route .
