Location is great. Rooms are of a very good size.
Comfortable king size beds.

Cons:

They used to give a free drink on arrival and offer blfree breakfast but no longer do either.
Very expensive considering no breakfast.
Internet vet poor.

Great Location, But Needs Major Updates

This hotel's prime location is its biggest asset, especially if you need quick access to Manila Doctors Hospital. It's an incredibly convenient five-minute walk away, which was essential for us during my father's surgery. Front desk and person answering my calls to book a room was very helpful.

Cons:

The contrast between the excellent location and the hotel's condition is stark. The property is visibly old and dirty, and it's clear that maintenance is severely lacking. Beyond the general disrepair, the TV in our room didn't work, and unfortunately, we also had to deal with cockroaches. These issues really detract from the overall experience.

The Pearl Manila
Pros:

The place, the pool, tbe building its kinda old but its good...location is accessible because its near lrt, jeepneys, tricycles etc. near to a mall and other fastfood places, all in all its a very good place...i highly recommend it.

Cons:

They dont have a restaurant that offers buffet because we buffets most especially breakfast...its ok if they charge extra for it...

Pros:

I stayed here for two nights and it was fit for purpose. The location isn’t great but it is centric. I walked around as late as 2:30 am, lots of people sleeping on the streets nearby (not at the hotel block but a few blocks away). Very busy area which makes it safe. Great staff and spacious room. Overall convenient
