Busy wedding W/E so we missed the chance to really enjoy the common area's and the accommodations as much as we would of liked. Next time.
We stayed in Bella and just loved it. What an adorable place. Everything we could possibly need was there. Highly recommend!!
I honestly can’t think of anything
Susan was very helpful and accommodating for all our issues. Loved the location next to the plaza and the nice yard to sit in. We would come back here next time. Only issue is the street parking is crowded on the farmers market day (Tuesday) and Saturday. Other than that issue the parking was available.
Great location, walkable to the square and the property was even better in person than in the photos.

Excellent spot! Lovely grounds and lovely bungalow. Extremely clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Lots of room. Super comfy bed and very nice quality white towels. Right in the heart of Sonoma. We will go again!
Great place
We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side of the house, and a shared patio with a fireplace, water features, and lots of room to spread out. The unit was absolutely gorgeous, you feel that you are in Tuscany when you walk in. Location is 1.5 block off the Square, so walking distance to everything you need (restaurants, coffee shops, wine tasting etc). There is no lobby on this property, so check in instructions were given us prior to arrival via e-mail. No problem whatsoever. Amazing experience!
My wife and I stayed here for our 2nd anniversary and the stay was great with one exception. Being that this is the service and hospitality industry, and spending over $1k for a weekend stay, it's the details that matter.
I exchanged many emails with the owner of me and my wife's names and when we get to the room they had written a completely different name on their welcome note and wine tour pass. Not that it was a huge deal, but the owners attention to detail lacks big time.. At least know your guests name especially when you write an anniversary note to the couple.
Cleanliness and location Nice bungalows
Nothing
Location can’t be beat, just minutes to walk to the square. The finishes inside the home are immaculate- it gives luxury but cozy. Bathroom was huge with both a large shower and large tub, plenty of room for my group of 6 to get ready. Pull out couch was actually quite comfortable. We also super enjoyed the well maintained courtyard with bocce ball. Parking was very easy on the street. We were all very impressed and all said we would happily stay here again next time we’re in sonoma.
Nothing
Absolutely adored our time here. Everything from our room to the outdoor space to the location was perfect. Less than a 5 minute walk to downtown Sonoma and near a beautiful park that hosts a local farmers market every friday. The outdoor spaces were vast and great places to enjoy a glass of wine. Our room was PERFECT for an extended stay - with a fridge, large bathroom, small kitchen. It had everything we needed and it was so comfortable. Could not recommend more!
nothing it was perfect
Location - a block from Sonoma square and many cafes, restaurants and shops
Room - Beautiful Room (Bella) for a couple. Spacious with a lovely private courtyard. Bella was the last cottage which made it a bit more private than others. The back courtyard was also very accessible.
Service - Seamless, access code was sent previous day. No keys involved.
Kitchen did not have a stove top which was a bummer. It seems to be there in all the other rooms (as per pics). It has a microwave, fridge and crockery.
My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay! The room was a good size and the water from the sink was filtered which was great! They also gave us a complimentary bottle of chardonnay.
The shower was on the smaller side and the curtain kept clinging to me while I showered. The TV initially didn't work because the prior visitor had unplugged a cord so it took us a while to figure out how to fix it.
Location was great and walkable to Sonoma Square without the hustle and bustle of being on the square. The Bella room was spacious and comfortable.
Beautiful facility just blocks off the main Sonoma square. Very walkable and a great courtyard feel for each of the cottages. Perfect cozy escape after a day of winery’s, shopping and walking. Will definitely be back again! Loved the extra touch of local coffee and wine waiting for our arrival.
No breakfast. Spacious bungalow, quiet, clean & comfortable less than 5 minutes walk from the main central square in the historic town of Sonoma, CA.
Despite written instructions, could not change channels in TV.
