Lots of critical misses…
Pros:

Scheduled airport shuttle…they didn’t show up so I took a taxi.
No currency exchange onsite.
Pool is not open.
Room was okay. Linens acceptable. Bed okay.
Breakfast was good, so was dinner.
Walkable location to tour mosque, cathedral.
Shuttle, currency and pool take it down to three stars.

Great Stay in Abidjan
Pros:

After a nightmare experience in Conakry, arriving at the Pullman Abidjan was the perfect remedy. The hotel’s welcoming atmosphere provided a much-needed sense of relief and comfort from the moment I walked through the doors.
The Front Office team truly sets this property apart, and I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. A special shout-out goes to Abdul and Dolores, who were both incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Their professionalism and genuine warmth made a significant difference in my stay, turning a stressful travel week into a truly fantastic experience.

Nice people great scenes
Pros:

I had a memorable experience at Pullman. The place is really lovely with very nice scenes. Melvin, Abdul and Kassou as well as all the waiters and waitresses were very warm and helpful. Definitely recommended

Welcoming, clean rooms and great WIFI
Pros:

First time visiting Pullman and its lovely hotel with all that you need from home. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful especially considering my basic understanding of French. Ruth and Abdul at reception were always eager to help and shared a warm greeting when we meet. Thank you

Pullman was a lovely experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely - and Sunday brunch was a vibe. I was spending my birthday weekend there and I felt abosultely spoilt. They offered me a room upgrade, gave me a birthday cake and it made for such a lovely weekend.
The staff were courteous and polite and made me feel very welcome.
