La formula, l'accoglienza e la piscina.
La pulizia delle camere
Arhitectură frumoasă, amenajarile exterioare frumoase . Micul dejun gustos și destul de vatiat.
Noroc ca am rezervat doar 1 noapte, fiind în trecere. Hotel de 4 stele dar învechit am avut o cameră la parter cu vedere la un zid cu terasă comună , era un miros puternic de igrasie, mucegai apărut la baza peretelui exterior, baia fara aerisire,, usa camerei fără etanseitate se auzea tot de pe hol,... aerul condiționat îngălbenit din fericire nu am avut nevoie să folosim. .
Nu recomand .scorul de pe booking este prea generos. Cu siguranță nu vom mai reveni.

Hauptsächlich die Lage und der kostenfreie Parkplatz.
Für unsere Tagestouren mit einem Leihwagen war das Hotel alleine zum Übernachten und Frühstücken ideal.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers und der Gemeinschaftsräume ist in die Jahre gekommen und besonders bei Bett und Schränken defekt.
Das Zimmer selbst war nur über zwei Treppen rauf und wieder runter erreichbar und hatte keinen Aufzug. Wenn man jung ist geht das, auch wenn es nicht komfortabel ist.
Allerdings war das Bad tipptopp renoviert und mit gutem Standard.
Das Frühstück war an den ersten drei Tagen sehr bescheiden und lieblos zusammengestellt: kein Obst, kein Joghurt, keine Tomaten/Gurke. Das alles war dann ab dem vierten Tag da. Insgesamt hatte der Speisesaal eher die Atmosphäre einer Jugendherberge, was auch an den großen Reisebus-Gruppen lag.

The property looks like it was a 5 stars hokey back in the early 80s. Gorgeous lobby and beautiful building, however the rooms have been maintained poorly and the age of the property shows badly.
The staff were very friendly, but quite honestly, Italians are all lovely people. Upon arrival, our room for 4 only had 3 beds. After mentioning this to the front desk they added a bed to the room, but the room was so small we would have had to climb that extra bed to go to the bathroom. I had to go again to reception to ask for the room I actually booked, a large room with 4 beds. After that, they gave us the right room on the main floor. However that night the evening staff did not know guests were staying on the main floor so the lobby speakers were used for personal music. At midnight I had to go to reception to ask the staff to turn down the music. All lovely people, but not the behaviour you expect from a 4 stars hotel. Upon leaving the hotel we got a card thanking us for our stay. Lovely touch… only that the card was dirty and smelly…. I guess they recycled those cards even when they are on the garbage ?! . Overall I felt we paid too much for the place. But if management invest on bringing the place up to today standards, it could be a cool place to stay. Not a repeat for us.

Honestly not much at all. Most definitely a worn-out hotel, pretty nice garden.
Plenty of mold in my room, woke up to mold falling from the ceiling and onto the bed. Saw rats outside the window. Overheard other guests complain about rats inside their rooms.
