A noite os eventos foram otimos

O hotel é antigo e foi feito um retrofit
Precisa melhorar as condições do squartos em especial " toalhas novas "

The reception staff made check in so easy and were always there to help.
The household staff kept the room clean and fresh.
The dining room staff, outside and inside gave great service.
Joe and Nina in the bars were top class.
The pack lunches just hit a spot.
A great variety of food for lunch and dinner with a good breakfast menu.
A lovely pool area with the pool cleaned regularly.

Pros:

The shuttle was very convenient. Staff was awesome. They sang to our baby for her first birthday.

Cons:

The air-condition in our room didnt work. Luckily it was still in April and it wasnt hot but its hard to get comfortable while breastfeeding in the middle of the night with no air-conditioning.
Tv wasnt working.
Light fixtures were bent and not well maintained. There were a bunch of different hangers in the closet that were obviously left by multiple different guests. You can tell they dont maintain the rooms. Sadness.

Parkplatz am Hotel, Lage für Ausflüge gut.Schuttlebus nach sorrento City center

Cons:

Zimmer laut, jedes mal wenn der Nachbar un der Nacht auf Toilette geht steht man im Bett weil die Wasserrohre bzw der Zulauf sehr laut sind. . Frühstück ist reichhaltig aber Massenware ohne hohe Qualität.
