3/11/26. Comfortable hotel, easy on/off access to I-65. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, clean rooms.

The staff was great.

Cons:

The stay was ok but could be better. The room is kind of outdated and the bathroom too. The room smells a little moldy and the air conditioning system is in that kind of moldy roof outside our window. I think that is where the smell is coming from. I was worried for my health seeing that.

We loved the convenience of the location and the amenities such as the bed & wifi were good
Pros:

Staff was super sweet and tried to be as helpful as possible!

Cons:

Mold on the ceiling, in the ac, and up the curtains. Terrible moldy smell in the room.

Enjoyable
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant, room was nice and clean. Did not eat breakfast as we did not get up early enough. Check out is 11am, so why can’t they serve breakfast until 10am. We where at the end of our week long vacation so we chose sleep over breakfast.

Worst hotel ever!

Cons:

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was booked in a room near the pool and the smell of chlorine was unbearable. I requested to move and they kept making excuses of not being able to do anything until the manager on duty comes in the morning and I was only staying one night. The room was not cleaned and there was leftover food from the previous occupiers. I do not recommend staying there.

I would have considered the Comfort Inn a "good" stay except for the shower not working.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Eggs and sausage were cooked well and at good temperature.

Cons:

The shower did not work at all. The water was running into the tub, but the shower would not turn on. I had to take a wash cloth bath standing up, as I am a large man with bad knees and could not sit in the tub.

It was quit which we enjoyed.
Pros:

It was ok. Same thing both days. We would have enjoyed oatmeal. And more fruit other apples.

The sheets had stains on them. I hope they were clean!

Excellent Value
Pros:

I checked into the Comfort Inn on a drive from MI to AL. I was exhausted. The hotel was an exceptionally good value. Room was very clean with a comfy bed and lovely linens. Great sleep. The breakfast was yummy with eggs and meat along with great coffee.
