Please note, the Cancelation policy for bookings of 5 rooms or more is as follows:
-Cancelation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancelation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions numbers are limited in the wet areas; ie. swimming pool, of the Health & Fitness club therefore guests must pre-book times in advance to guarantee use of this. The club can be contacted directly on 028 3752 7952This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Excellent in all respects
Pros:

First time in Armagh on business at the Armagh Planetarium and Observatory. The hotel was their recommendation. We were made to feel most welcome and everything was excellent. The Beer Battered Jumbo Scampi Tails are the best Ive ever tasted (and the biggest). Thank you APO for the recommendation and thanks for such an enjoyable stay

Welcoming Stay
Pros:

I stayed with a large group of friends. Many thanks to Alisha who helped with the booking. We had breakfast and dinner both days and the food was excellent with a good choice. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Nice weekend
Pros:

Location is great, superior room with balcony is the best for smokers. Room was clean, equipped but coffee machine didn't work in the morning. Atmosphere is nice, cosy and quiet, not loud, WiFi was tooooo slow,

Thr bed was very comfortable

Cons:

No Internet on tv and nobody came to fix it,toilet roll holder was loose and toilet roll kept falling off,scalding hot shower needs new tap,and fan didn't work in bathroom, also bathroom door handle was very loose
