-Cancellation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancellation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.

Walking distance to Armagh.
As we didn't arrive uncle 9.00 the delivery was closed but the receptionist said they would make us sandwiches if we liked. We were pleased with what they gave us. They went over & beyond their duties

Only stayed one night but couldn’t fault it. There was a receptionist called Caroline who was so welcoming and friendly I really have to give her a mention .
