Please note, the Cancelation policy for bookings of 5 rooms or more is as follows:
-Cancelation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancelation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions numbers are limited in the wet areas; ie. swimming pool, of the Health & Fitness club therefore guests must pre-book times in advance to guarantee use of this. The club can be contacted directly on 028 3752 7952This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Stay was lovely.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. Disappointed with the bacon and soda farls as they where all dried up. Should have asked for fresh will do again.

Cons:

Will choose a room to the back of hotel the next time as the noise of the traffic kept me awake most of the night.

Room was lovely, breakfast was nice and location is very central. Staff were also very nice.

There is little to no sound proofing in the hotel rooms, very very noisy at times.

Nice hotel but disappointing stay.
Pros:

Went to stay for our 1 year wedding anniversary and to see Dan McCabe. Lovely food, pleasant service staff. Comfortable and modern rooms.

Cons:

We couldn't use the thermal spa because they only had one towel left and didn't offer to get us another. It was 4pm on a Saturday, surely staff could have offered to get towels from housekeeping?! This was really disappointing to be honest as we were looking forward to this.
