-Cancelation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancelation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions numbers are limited in the wet areas; ie. swimming pool, of the Health & Fitness club therefore guests must pre-book times in advance to guarantee use of this. The club can be contacted directly on 028 3752 7952This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.

Great hotel for short stay.
Pros:

Extra large comfy bed, spacious room. Great shower. All perfectly clean.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

I would have liked bottles of water in room.

Pros:

Very good value for money. Service excellent throughout.

Cons:

One tiny small thing was that we were role we could use the pool and having got changed and into the pool we were told we shouldn't be there as there were children swimming lessons on. No big deal, just a miscommunication. Otherwise the hotel is lovely and very good value for money.

Un excellent emplacement
Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel globalement est très accueillant et bienveillant, notre chambre était propre et confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel permet d’accéder facilement à pied au centre ville d’Armagh. Le parking est très grand et sécurisé.

Cons:

Le personnel de la piscine est impoli (ne prend pas la peine de répondre quand on lui adresse un bonjour). Les vestiaires sont délabrés, les bords de la piscine en fin de journée ne sont pas propres et l’eau est trouble.
Nous avons aussi eu très chaud dans la chambre car le chauffage au sol fonctionnait bien que les températures extérieures soient assez élevées pour l’Irlande en ce mois de juin.

Lovely comfortable stay food fab
Pros:

We travel to see family it’s the perfect location
We stay a lot
But we can see a massive difference
Since it changed hands

Staff in bar seem to serve one end only and waiters we waited a good while to be even see to be served

It was pleasant just a couple of things we were left a bit disappointed with.

Cons:

How the pool is closed to guests until 6pm , check in is after 3 so we couldn’t avail of the earlier time. The traffic is extremely loud outside it was hard to sleep and I was really looking forward to a bath to find the stopper was broken and no fresh water available in the room.

Cons:

Had dinner at the hotel on consecutive evenings (Wed and Thurs) Wed was very busy in the restaurant but the service was very good. Thursday was the opposite, not anywhere near as busy but the service was poor, inattentive and disappointing. I don't think the young staff on duty had any supervision or guidance, the bar was likewise.
