-Cancelation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancelation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions numbers are limited in the wet areas; ie. swimming pool, of the Health & Fitness club therefore guests must pre-book times in advance to guarantee use of this. The club can be contacted directly on 028 3752 7952This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.

Valve for money, love the gym facilities and comfortable bed.
Pros:

The location is in a great place, rooms are nice and spacious.
The gym and spa facilities are really good.
Breakfast is included in the stay.

Cons:

Bottles of water should be provided in the rooms.
Better options for breakfast, ie chicken and beef sausages

Very poor experience. 2 star hotel

Well located.

Cons:

Over priced and bland service. We ordered breakfast to the room and it was a disaster, arrived late, both breakfasts on one plate, all was cold inc tea and coffee, no butter, no cereal, no danish. I thought the eggs were pancakes.

Room service was terrible and at a cost of £10 delivery fee. Couldn’t do sandwiches, couldn’t do soup, asked for chips, got a tiny bowl of drag ends.
