Please note, the Cancelation policy for bookings of 5 rooms or more is as follows:
-Cancelation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancelation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions numbers are limited in the wet areas; ie. swimming pool, of the Health & Fitness club therefore guests must pre-book times in advance to guarantee use of this. The club can be contacted directly on 028 3752 7952This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.

Great location for exploring the city. Good sized clean room . Notable advantage of this hotel for me was the breakfast. I'm Coeliac and can't eat Gluten which often presents huge challenges when eating out . At Breakfast the waiter was very helpful and advised the hot buffet could have cross contamination, so the chef prepared me a very tasty and generous Gluten free one . Thank you

the service at evening was very busy, so service was very slow. Breakfast was mostly self service so fair, room was very warm, when opened window a lot of road noise.
