No hubo nada que no me gustara.
La limpieza es impecable, súper limpio y el trato del personal súper bueno, además de preocupado. Excelente calidad de camas y almohadas, también el cambio de toallas diario
Que no hubiera extractor en el baño, además de que ojalá los patios interiores fueran más arreglados, ya que es fome no ver nada hacia afuera y que sea tan oscuro. Ojalá pongan más confort, ya que dejaban un confort de baja calidad, que había que pedir más. Además de que la tele fuera solo de decoración, ya que no se podía ver nada. Más variedad en desayuno en frutas y espacio

Esta muy bien ubicado en el microcentro, de facil acceso a las avenidas principales y la peatonal Florida. Restaurantes y cafés cerca y también Galerías Pacifico shopping
El desayuno es muy simple. Pocas opciones y el lugar para desayunar es chico.
La estética, limpieza y mantención del hotel, disfrutar el desayuno, el agua siempre caliente y aire acondicionado permitía tener la habitación también una temperatura cálida

What a gem. Excellent location. Friendly staff especially Angelo at the reception desk. Went over and beyond to make me feel welcome.
Also best gin and tonic in town served by the lovely Daniel in the bar. Michaela also at the desk very friendly and helpful.
No hairdryer in the room but you may have one if you ask at reception.

El casino era un poco pequeño para toda la gente que ahi habia.
