About the only positive thing was the location between the airport and the cruise port

It was very run down. Staff wasn’t friendly. At all. The reason I booked this particular place was because they offered free shuttles to and from the airport and to the cruise port. Two of three were correct. $15 per person for a ride back to the airport after our cruise was over. I went ahead and reserved it, then checked around and found much better pricing. I went back to the check in counter to cancel it and was told there’s no cancellations. Why wasn’t I told during the check in process that it was non refundable? Following instructions given when we arrived at the airport, I was told the shuttle has been dispatched. After almost half an hour of waiting outside in the heat with lots of luggage the driver finally called and said he was 8 minutes out. Another 20 plus minutes he finally showed up. The driver was rude and after we drove around the airport again to pick up more people, he proceeded to welcome the other two families and purposefully left my family out. When we went down for the continental breakfast and stood in line, an employee asked if we had our breakfast coupons. I wasn’t told anything about a coupon. So I went up to the room losing my place in line to look for coupons. Found them folded up in the paperwork from check in. Went back downstairs to get in line again and then was never asked for them. The bacon was literally raw.

Wonderful
Pros:

I liked the fact that there is a very good sports bar for eating and a great little shop for anything you have forgotten. The staff is incredible when my husband became ill they went out of their way to help me get out for medication for him during a stressful time. The shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship is a big plus.

Not seeing my expectations..
Pros:

My room was clean, quiet. It was a smooth check in.

Cons:

My room 2125 had little flying bugs. I think they were termites. The room was clean but definitely needs an overhaul. I never experienced this in my past stays. I tried calling the front desk and when I expressed the reason, asked to hold and no one came back to the phone. I've stayed there in the past and feel this should be comped. I will reach out to my booking company regarding this matter.

Claiming they only send a shuttle every hour to airport which never came for us! Complimentary breakfast was a joke.
