Handicap room, light in shower did not work, outside property needs cleaning up
Cons:

Lady at front desk is not an ambassador, doesn’t smile, not friendly.
Shuttle pickup at airport needs better communication from staff, tell customers in advance of their arrival where to walk outside and wait for shuttle.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Transportation from airport to hotel. Transportation from hotel to cruise line

Cons:

The hotel was extremely understaffed. Rooms were not ready as promised.
The restaurant was terrible. We were given menus. After about a 30 minute wait, the waitress returned to take our order. Almost half the menu was unavailable to us.

THIS IS A SCAM! NOTHING WORKS IN THE HOTEL
Pros:

I literally did not LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE! They treat the guest as if they are not human. They do not accommodate anything for the issues they cause

Cons:

I checked into the hotel with no assistance with the virtual customer service rep. The rep checked me into the wrong room and I walked into another guest room with my bags after a long flight, After the issue was resolved with the correct room the WIFI did not work, THE TV does not allow you to use a PS5 or any game system When I called down to get assistance the rep told me it was a firewall on the tv which is not in the reservation email. I paid 708 USD for a horrible experience. When I asked to receive just some of my money back (even if it was just 50 dollars I would've been okay) the rep told me she would not refund my money and she laughed. I cried all the way to the airport because I am out of those funds and they made this vacation the worst experience in my life! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE t

Loved the pool m, gardens and room but expensive for a single traveler.
Pros:

Free shuttle and basic breakfast. The pool and garden were lovely. It’s all in a motel kind of style. Nice place.

Cons:

Check in was a very long process.

Awful no air conditioning
Pros:

Our check in guy was nice

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was so humid and hot in our room and when we went downstairs to complain, it was a line of people out the door trying to check in so we didn’t wait in the line so basically we paid money for a room that was supposed to have air-conditioning and it was awful.

Would never stay at this hotel again!

The beds were fine.

Cons:

We waited for over a hour and a half for the shuttle at the airport after calling the hotel twice!!!! The restaurant at the hotel was terrible! We seated ourselves and had to clean off our own table! It took over an hour to have a waitress finally come over and take our order!!

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Clean. Comfortable beds. Quick check in.

Hotel was clean. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

After our flight we contacted the hotel for shuttle pickup. After waiting over an hour. Driver called and said he was about 5 minutes away. When he did get there 30 minutes later the shuttle only had 1 set empty. There was 3 of us. So we ended up using an Uber. Because of the shuttle mishap I will not stay at this hotel again.
