The cleaning is not good
I loved the friendly staff! The man at the front desk was very helpful with activities to do around town and overall a very sweet man! He was very helpful and showed his genuine concern when we expressed ours about the room. He was very kind and held great remorse for something that wasn't his fault at all. He was amazing; Great customer service!
Overall I was disgusted by just walking in it. It smelt very bad and there were people just sitting outside staring at us. It got worse when we went in our room and there was blood on the floor and in the bathtub. Not only that, but the sheets were wrinkled with stains all over the bed and the trim was coming off of the floor; it could cut someone if they went too close. The room showed no cleanliness like there hasn't been a cleaner in there for months. Parts of the ceiling were coming apart, as well as, the paint on the bottom of the walls. There's also bears around the premises, especially around the trash cans. Finally, the door that leads to the outside had no locks on it whatsoever. It was just terrible overall and I do not recommend it!!
Nothing
Stay there before it was not a good place smell and the tub you could not soak in it because it look to nasty. Made a mistake and booked again and call to cancel and they charged me almost 80 dollars and I never checked in
Breakfast consisted of off brand honey buns and coffee they ran out of any fruit they had before 9:00am which I was told was only bananas. Other than that staff was nice but cleanliness of hotel was 3/10
