Letto sporco capelli una macchia che sembrava sangue e la forma di una scarpa sul letto. Ho chiesto alla direttrice se mi potessero sistemare il tutto, Lei moto cordialmente ha acconsentito. La collega però mi ha portato le lenzuola e mi ha detto che dovevo rifarmi il letto da solo. Stiamo scherzando? In un 4 Stelle? Ho messo 4 come valutazione solo perché la direttrice è stata cordiale altrimenti avrei messo 1. Non metto mai cattive recensioni, ma questa volta, non posso fare altrimenti. Nota positiva mi hanno fornito uno spazzolino da denti che avevo dimenticato.

Pros:

Bottiglietta d'acqua gratuita anche al momento di andar via, simbolo di un personale molto attento al cliente. Ottima posizione.

Cons:

Parcheggio per l'auto troppo costoso, colazione non rifornita sebbene fossimo scesi in orario corretto, stanza un po' piccola e non insonorizzata. In bagno mancava pure una mensola dove posare il beauty case o un gancio dove appendere un telo.

La zona arbolada, con restaurantes, muy tranquila.

Cons:

Elegí este hotel, porque en Booking permitía pagar en efectivo a mi llegada. Pero cuando arribé, bajo una cláusula que ampara Booking, el hotel había usado mi tarjeta como "garantía", bloqueó el importe y me explicaron que si pagaba cash, me devolverían el dinero entre 20 y 25 días. Yo no incumplí, por lo que no entiendo de qué modo aplican la "garantía". A quienes lean y del hotel confirmen "pague en el hotel", tengan en cuenta este sinsentido.
