Amplasarea. Ofertă de apă potabilă gratis- important pe caniculă

Cons:

Condițiile sunt necorespunzătoare pentru un hotel de 4 stele. Sistemul de aer condiționat funcționează ineficient, chiar este deconectat periodic , temperatura este destul de ridicată, ceea ce creează un disconfort semnificativ. Curățenia este efectuată superficial și neglijent- praf și păianjeni, plasa de protecție a sistemului de ventilație este acoperită de praf și murdărie acumulată de mult timp, afectând calitatea aerului. De asemenea, bazinul se află într-o stare deplorabilă: covorul verde din jurul acestuia este rupt și murdar, iar plăcile de gresie sunt deteriorate, existând risc de accidentare.

Breve soggiorno a Rimini

L’unica certezza la disponibilità e la cordialità del manutentore Alfredo che si è reso disponibile anche per cose non di sua competenza.

Da cliente decennale di questa struttura, devo dire che per la prima volta sono rimasta un pò delusa. Avevo richiesto un certo tipo di camera che non mi è stata assegnata (nonostante avessi prenotato con circa 2 mesi d anticipo), la pulizia della struttura scadente e il servizio piscina pessimo. Peccato perché avevo sempre avuto il massimo negli anni precedenti.

War im allgemeinen gut haben nur für 2 Erwacshene und 2 Kinder ein Ehebett und ein Beistell Bett bekommen,haben es leider selbst nicht am Anfang angesprochen,aber es waren 2 Betten gebucht für die Kinder.Im nachhinein hiess es natürlich hätten Sie es vorher angesprochen,ja war mein Fehler trotzdem könnte man mit etwas amderem Entgegenkommen.

Cons:

Frühstück war jetzt nicht so meins,aber das Servicepersonal war Top und sehr Hilfsbereit.

Una settimana da incubo per chi come noi voleva un pó di tranquillità

Tutto, la colazione visto che non era inclusa ci hanno detto che ci costava 8 euro a persona (in 2 persone 16 euro), sinceramente mi sembra esagerato. Siamo andati a far colazione ogni giorno e in due max 9, 00 euro x cui 16 euro sono fuori x fuori. Posto sporchissimo muffa dentro al frigo, sul binario della doccia, tutti segni sul muro, luci che non funzionavano, pareti che si sentiva tutto. Piena di rumori durante ogni ora del giorno e della notte,condizionatore estremamente rumoroso. La tv accesa sulla stanza affianco sembrava di averla in camera nostra, gente che urlava x i corridoii, barattoli a bordo piscina con dentro i prodotti per pulirla(almeno fosse stata pulita, muffa con angoli verdi), le foto della piscina non sono veritiere è piccolissima e il pavimento intorno in mattonelle ricoperto di materiale sintetico è rialzato per cui diventa pericoloso camminarci.

Posizione ottima, lo staff molto cordiale soprattuto la signora ai piani molto gentile.
Ci era stata assegnata una camera molto piccola senza bidet , dove purtroppo non funzionava l'acqua calda e si allagava. Alla reception ci hanno fatto subito un cambio camera , senza problemi.

Cons:

Non credo sia all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
la pulizia delle camere e in generale della struttura lascia a desiderare ( soprattutto le docce ).
in sala colazioni la vetrata era sporchissima, i ghiaccioli dove riponevano il contenitore del latte erano neri....
il bagnino in piscina, molto giovane, tutto il tempo al cellulare

Non soddisfatte le aspettative inerenti a un 4 stelle .

Il servizio gratuito dell’ acqua in camera e ,successivamente, a richiesta.

Cons:

La piscina era mal strutturata e scomoda ; la camera si presentava spoglia e anonima, con porte alquanto sporche .
