Accoglienza e Ricevimento: Il minimo sindacale
​L'esperienza è iniziata male con un’accoglienza dal sorriso forzato, priva di calore. Ancora più grave, il receptionist è stato incapace di fornirmi una seconda chiave per la camera.
​Il problema: Senza la seconda tessera, è impossibile lasciare la corrente attiva se uno di noi deve uscire (per esempio per portare fuori il cane). Questo obbliga chi rimane in camera a doversi alzare al buio per riattivare l'elettricità. Una totale mancanza di buon senso e di ergonomia.
​🌧️ Servizi inesistenti
​Dovendo uscire con il cane sotto una pioggia battente, ho constatato con stupore che l'hotel non dispone di nessun ombrello di cortesia. Ho dovuto risalire in camera a prendere il mio mentre "pioveva a dirotto". Per una struttura alberghiera, si tratta di un servizio base che manca totalmente.
​🛏️ Camera e Infrastrutture
​Il bagno è estremamente stretto. Una persona di corporatura robusta non riesce letteralmente ad entrarci. Questa mancanza di spazio rende la camera inadatta a una parte della clientela.
​☕ La Colazione: Un disastro totale
​Arrivato alle 9:35, il servizio sembrava già "chiuso" nella testa del personale:
​Buffet abbandonato: Niente più pane, niente salumi.
​Atmosfera gelida: Il personale era concentrato solo a sparecchiare i tavoli il prima possibile.
​Servizio indegno: Ti chiamano per venirti a prendere le tazze al bancone, come in un self-service di basso livello. Nemmeno un grazie, nemmeno uno sguardo. Ci si sente di troppo.
​Verdetto: Una struttura che sembra aver dimenticato che l'hôtellerie è un mestiere di servizio. Tra l'angustia degli spazi e la povertà dell'accoglienza, l'esperienza è stata semplicemente sgradevole.
