Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
Pros:

Ho apprezzato la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile dell'hotel anche se con pagamento extra. L'hotel è in una posizione centrale e non è facile trovare un posto auto libero nella zona. La colazione è eccellente e abbondante, il servizio è a buffet e offrono di tutto e per tutti i gusti. La nostra camera era piccola ma carina e non mancava nulla. Quella dei nostri amici, che alloggiavano nella stanza accanto, era invece più grande nonostante avessimo pagato lo stesso prezzo. L'arredamento è in stile moderno e essenziale. Doccia con abbondante flusso d'acqua e con ottimo sistema di regolazione della temperatura. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno presso l'Hotel Royal Plaza. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

L'unica segnalazione che posso fare è sul materasso e sui cuscini che sono troppo morbidi per i miei gusti ma capisco che altri clienti potrebbero invece preferirli così.

Dobre śniadania. Wystrój wnętrz. Miły personel.

Hałas, prac prowadzonych na zewnątrz, nie działająca klimatyzacja pomimo, że była wymieniona w udogodnieniach... Tylko mogła grzać. A był zaduch w pokoju i okno jak się otwarło to był hałas prac prowadzonych na zewnątrz a klimatyzacja nie umiała schłodzić wnętrza. Dla mnie to nie tłumaczenie że jest zimna i klimatyzacja tylko grzeje bo taką dostałem informację od personelu. Jeśli jest dostępna klimatyzacja to powinna działać jak należy. W łazience na suficie pleśń. No i nie było informacji o dodatkowej opłacie (podatku miejskim), który musiałem dodatkowo zapłacić w kwocie 16€. Nie lubię dodatkowych niespodzianek. Cena miała zawierać wszystkie opłaty. Ściany w hotelu też są cienkie i drugą noc było słychać kłótnie do późnych godzin nocnych...

Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione abbastanza strategica se si vuole visitare la zona mare ma anche il centro città, comoda alla stazione ferroviaria per chi viaggia in treno. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

La vera pecca di questo hotel l' ho trovata nella reception, dove mi è stato negato un prestito di un adattatore che mi sarebbe servito per collegare il pc alla presa a muro, con la giustificazione che altri in passato li avevano rubati. Ho poi trovato questo adattatore attaccato al bollitore, ma era ormai l' ultimo giorno di soggiorno. Ho comunque trovato questo comportamento non consono ad un hotel 4 stelle ed in generale molto scortese.

In bagno non c'era niente dove appoggiare il sapone, dovevi praticamente appoggiarlo per terra, abbiamo chiesto dopo la prima notte di cambiare le lenzuola però non e stato fatto, hanno solo rifatto il letto
