Ottimo hotel in ottima posizione
Pros:

Posizione, cortesia, colazione, rapporto qualità/prezzo

Cons:

Camera molto calda, materassi e cuscini duri. Ci vorrebbe un po' più di attenzione alla manutenzione delle camere.

Très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied.
Le personnel est vraiment très aimable et répond à toutes les demandes.

Cons:

La première chambre, si bien elle donnait sur le canal elle était au niveau du pont.
Heureusement j'ai pu changer de chambre.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

A very cute hotel with the most friendly staff!
Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday and very central to walking to main attractions and shopping and restaurants.We loved our stay and slept really well.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Everything was fantastic. All of the staff was extremely helpful from helping arrange a water Taxi from the airport to information of things to do. Our flight was early and they had us checked into our room with luggage into the room within about 15 minutes we were off exploring this beautiful place right away.

Un hotel perfecto 👌
Pros:

He ido varias veces a Venecia y he estado en otros hoteles muy costosos ,pero este es el mejor relación calidad,precio,ubicación.
La recepcionista Elena es un encanto,profesional,atenta,simpática,servicial y habla perfectamente español.Hizo todo lo posible para que entráramos un poco antes a la habitación ya que teníamos una cita y teníamos que cambiarnos.
El hotel tiene una pequeña y coqueta terraza con una vista al canal de 10!!! Desayunar allí era de ensueño!!!Tienen un pequeño bar con unos precios muy buenos.
Las habitaciones están bien,partiendo de la base que es Venecia y sus edificios son muy antiguos.
El colchón era muy cómodo y la habitación muy amplia con vista al canal.El desayuno pequeño ,pero no le falta de nada y buena calidad.
Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa!!

La ubicación de 10 👏🏻.

Cons:

Lo único negativo por poner una pequeña pega ,es la ducha ,la mampara estaba rota y salía un poco de agua…pero nada importante.
