The best experience more than we hoped for.
Pros:

The 2 young ladies at the front desk were so awesome. They refused to let us move our luggage ourselves. They took all of it to our room after showing us the way first! They ordered our water taxi to the airport and when it came, once again they would not let us get our luggage loaded ourselves! They would bring our wine and prosecco to us either to our room or sitting outside. The breakfast was well organized and plentiful. The ladies managing that area were also polite, friendly and efficient. We will love to stay the next time in Venice. The rooms are a little small but beautiful, it’s so comfortable and we loved opening our windows and watching the boats and gondola going by. Hotel decor was beautiful. Loved the room key attached to the bell.

Charming, convenient, friendly, highly recommend
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help with directions, taxi, etc

Cons:

In order to get a room with a canal view we were imcwrt tight/small quarters. But it was fine!

Pros:

Reception was super helpful, Elena helped us a lot with bookings and information and transfers. Rooms were lovely and great location . Breakfast was great too.

Beautiful Venice Hotel with wonderful views of the canal
Pros:

The property was right on the canal and close to everything we needed. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. We originally booked the standard room with the balcony and upon arrival was kindly surprised to be upgraded to the junior suite. We loved hearing and seeing the gondolas go up and down the canal. We heard and seen all of the beautiful birds while on the balcony. The room was comfortable and we slept very well. We highly recommend the hotel.

Cons:

There wasn’t a thing wrong with the hotel. It was FABULOUS!!!!

Pros:

The staff are exceptional and make such an effort to be welcoming and accommodating. From Marc and Armon and the ladies at reception to the ladies who serve breakfast, everyone was kind and lovely. We were made to feel like welcome guests. And the hotel itself is perfectly Venetian, in style and decor. The location is really good and ideal for access to Piazza San Marco and that sestiere. Thank you to all of the staff of Hotel Becher for the warmth and welcome. We were very safe and comfortable and our stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast is great, with a plentiful variety of foods. Marc welcomed us on our check in with Prosecco, and then brought us to a nearby ristorante. We so enjoyed our time in Venice while staying at Hotel Becher. The correspondence before arriving was also appreciated, with offers of assistance with transport to and from airport etc., which is always a concern.

Camera molto calda, materassi e cuscini duri. Ci vorrebbe un po' più di attenzione alla manutenzione delle camere.

Très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied.
Le personnel est vraiment très aimable et répond à toutes les demandes.

Cons:

La première chambre, si bien elle donnait sur le canal elle était au niveau du pont.
Heureusement j'ai pu changer de chambre.
