Very friendly staff , amazing view . The hotel manager Tano and breakfast and restaurant staff are all great.

Pretty much everything was just perfect, tasteful, clean and inviting. Every detail has been well thought through, the hotel is laid out in a beautiful flow. The breakfast is one of the most beautifully presented I have ever seen in the hundreds of 5 star hotels I've stayed in. The quality of the food just excellent and the dinner at Marinella was delicious with outstanding service. The team were welcoming and thougthful. A spontaneous stop off on our months of travel became an unexpectedly wonderful stay.

Unser Aufenthalt im Borgo Santandrea war in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich und für uns das beste Hotelerlebnis an der Amalfiküste.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, makellos sauber und bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt. Architektur, Lage, eigener Strand und Beach Club sind einfach traumhaft. Auch das Frühstück war genial und jeden Morgen ein Highlight.

Kulinarisch waren sowohl Alici als auch Marinella herausragend. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis war außerdem La Festa Italiana del Borgo mit großartigem Essen, toller Atmosphäre und DJ.

Was das Borgo aber wirklich besonders macht, ist die persönliche und herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Besonders schön war, dass Maurizio persönlich vorbeikam, uns mit Namen begrüßte und sich erkundigte, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei.

Da wir am letzten Tag sehr früh zum Flughafen mussten, wurden für uns Frühstücksboxen vorbereitet. Zusätzlich bekamen wir Marmelade und Kuchen als Abschiedsgeschenke – leider konnten wir gar nicht alles mitnehmen, weil es für unser Gepäck zu viel gewesen wäre. Auch der vom Hotel organisierte Transfer nach Neapel war perfekt: absolut pünktlich und mit einer wunderbaren Fahrerin, die uns sicher über die Hügel bei Ravello bis zum Flughafen brachte.

Wenn ich heute die Augen schließe, träume ich noch immer vom Borgo Santandrea und hoffe sehr, eines Tages an diesen besonderen Ort zurückkehren zu können.

Wow what a phenomenal hotel. I cannot say enough just how incredible the service is here as well as the beautiful Borgo, the incredible rooms, the private beach club, the spa and all of the restaurants and bars - along with the super stylish design and interiors - it’s quite simply the very best hotel we’ve stayed in.
Right from the moment we arrived the manager and exceptional team were there to greet us and set the standard for our stay. I cannot praise the team enough, nothing is too much for them, they are attentive, super friendly and they quickly feel like old friends.
Our room was fantastic, beautifully designed, spacious and so comfortable. The view is stunning! The entire hotel is beautifully renovated, with incredible open and light spaces, plenty of spots to sit quietly and soak up the views, you never feel crowded. It is truly is impressive.
A special mention for breakfast - it is magical! The setting is stunning with the glorious coast line and seamless blue skies, a perfect and expansive selection of options - all delicious, and once again, offering the service the hotel is so proud to offer its guests.
The private beach club is a must - this was the highlight of our stay, it’s picture perfect and we spent 2 luxurious days here, on the comfortable sun-beds, eating delicious long, lazy lunches. Nothing is too much for the team at the beach club - Julia and the team are so friendly and attentive.
There is also a great shuttle service down into the beautiful town of Amalfi. We used this for arrival and departure, and also for a visit to Amalfi. From there it’s only a short distance to Ravello - a must visit on your trip.
All in all - this hotel is a must do for anyone on the Amalfi coast - we loved every minute and will return many times. Our new favourite place to stay - a truly luxurious experience.

Borgo SantAndrea is like a dream come true. It is the most spectacular place we’ve ever stayed. Every detail of the experience is carefully considered and executed brilliantly. The beauty of the location, the food, the amenities, and most importantly, the staff who genuinely care. This is our second stay and we will continue to come back!

Borgo is the epitome of luxury, elegance, and impeccable service. Every detail is carefully considered and then, most importantly, executed to perfection. The rooms… beyond beautiful. The grounds and hotel… absolutely stunning. The service… again impeccable, professional yet warm and welcoming. The people of Borgo Santandrea are true professionals in their craft. Their dedication to their guests and providing the highest level of service is unmatched anywhere else. I wish I knew ALL the names of these beautiful people. Nicola welcomes you each morning with a smile and tip of his stylish hat as Breakfast Ambassador. Italo and Antonio are ready to provide comfort and relaxation beachside. Marianna’s knowledge of wines and particularly those of Italy is vast as she provides wonderful guidance as sommelier. We had the loveliest day on a boat tour with Alex at the helm providing his personal knowledge of the local area and its history. Every single server at Alici provided impeccable service as they led us through the most amazing selection of courses of an exquisite seaside dinner. The maître d’ (Fernando ?, my memory escapes me but his expertise does not) was the epitome of professional, warm, and friendly.
I can’t say enough about this place except that it is gorgeous, detail oriented, and every aspect of Borgo Santandrea makes you feel like royalty. Maurizio, thank you for welcoming us into this masterpiece that you have orchestrated to perfection.
