Cons:

No air conditioning in hallways
Observed worn carpet and lobby area had 2 tables and 2 arm chairs - tough when 8-10 guests trying to get breakfast

Was right there off the highway staff was friendly

Cons:

Had to go back to the desk for help key card won’t work, breakfast was cheap had nothing to choose from, room dirty cleaned up a spill of water and the towel was black from the floor and the bed wasn’t comfortable

Super acceuil par Tony 👍 très grosse surprise pour cet hotel de chaîne, surtout par la qualité du personnel autant à l’arrivée que le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner 👍 gentillesse du personnel 👍👍👍 chambre propre et confortable. Très calme. Magasin et fast food à proximité 50 mètres. Petit déjeuner très bien gaufres, buritos ….

Ight manager was Tony friendly and Informative

Cons:

Day manager couldn’t answer anything and second day manager was rude on the phone, wouldn’t give me his name or any info on why I was charged extra once I checked out

My dog and I were treated great the night when I checked in but not in the morning. I travel with my small dog as a companion and safety. When checking out I let the receptionist know that I was checking out and grabbing breakfast to go. She said my dog wasn’t allowed in the breakfast area so I wasn’t able to get breakfast to go. She told me I could leave my dog alone in the car since she wasn’t allowed to be alone in the room. The sun was beating in making it a hot car. We respected the hotel rules and the receptionist doing her job and we left without being able to grab breakfast to go. This caused bad feelings for me and kind of ruined my morning. My dog is well behaved and quiet. Most hotel receptionist say they will hold her leash while I grab breakfast. This receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and basically said it was my problem.
