The staff was not very accommodating. No extra blankets, room was very stuffy and smelly, maids kept knocking staying from 734am- 4x , until 11:54pm. We got in at 3 am, didn't get to also until 6am, asked for late checkout and was inspired 4 times. On the road with 2 hours of sleep and when asked for a little more time, was told I needed to book another night.

Very good value for the money.
Pros:

Convenient location off the frontage road for I-25. Everything worked well -- plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, good selection of TV channels, parking right outside my door. Good value for the price. I've stayed here before and would stay again.

Cons:

The bathroom was efficient but very small. Spotty wifi. No breakfast.

For an inexpensive one night stay, it is fine. If you want Ritzy, pay more in downtown Trinidad.
Pros:

The place was fine for what we needed. Inexpensive, one night stay, nice bed and bathroom, everything worked. Check-in was fine.

Cons:

Nothing was bad. There is no bathroom in the lobby which was strange, but this is a really old hotel.

Cons:

Staff( both pm & am) not very friendly. I requested 1st floor on Booking. Com, staff said they did not see my request. This is the 2nd time requesting 1st floor thru booking.com on last year, and request does not go thru?
