The hotel is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I initially saw the hotel from the outside and thought "it is not that fancy" but then we got in and we were suprised and instantly in love with the hotel.
The room is super clean, even for fancy hotel's standards, the food is super good on Friday night - Kidosh, and the breakfast is good as well.
The staff were super supportive and friendly, sadly it felt that they are kind of understaffed but it may be just my feeling.
Overall, 10/10 would recommend my friends and family.

Rooms are tired and dated. Terrific location. Staff and pool area are great.

the Hotel is very basic rooms and Design, can use some face lift, the staff is nice. there is nowhere to eat around there on the weekend. the Hotel Dinner is extremally pricy and does not includes Wine or even Tea. we basically paid for the night twice since we had nowhere to eat and ended up eating the Hotel dinner which is buffet style. there is no elevator.

Excellent service. Staff immediately helped with heavy luggage. Renovated pool is beautiful. Dry and wet saunas are delightful. Rooms are clean and the food is good.

The hotel is clean and pleasant, I lacked coffee served on breakfast.

Location of the hotel was great and rooms were spacious but my family got bed bugs from the stay. The overall hotel didn't feel especially clean, there was food on our steps for the entire day. Recommend other hotels in the area

The hotel doesn’t have elevators and we were on the 4th floor…No parking either. You have to park yourself on public areas and download the local app. Mitzpe Ramon is highly recommended.

A nice, family-friendly place to stay when visiting the Ramon Crater. The room was clean and a large size, and the kids loved the pool and the amazing Israeli breakfast.

One of the family’s favorite buffets - shakshuka! Always had one staffer fluent in English. Grateful for assistance with free parking. The only tv we had during vacation - only pool too (and a nice dunk)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was amazing!! The room was clean while somewhat basic.
Please note there is no lift/elevator at this hotel. It wasn’t an issue for our group, but I think it’s something to be aware of.
Parking is on the street, and like in the rest of Israel it isn’t free. You’ll need Pango or Cello to park via those apps, and to do that you’ll need an Israeli phone number. Parking is enforced- I forgot to set parking one morning and sure enough- I got a ticket. :)
Back to the hotel- lovely pool, great food, clean facilities and pleasant sitting area off lobby.

Loved that it has an apartment unit for 5 of us! The location is pretty central, close to food choices and was very walkable.

Great value for money. We stayed 5 nights, half board. Rooms are mid-range, but clean and comfortable. Staff very accommodating and friendly, food was fresh and delicious, with several buffet choices. Excellent as a home base for touring the area

Came to Mitzpe to see the desert and town. Second time have used this hotel. Clean friendly service & good location. Will come again.
