Awesome location and comfortable room, lovely staff.

The location and the size of the room. Comfortable bed

Cons:

The snacks and drinks in the room were very expensive. I called the reception to ask for late checkout, they said it would be 60 dollars and I agreed. Then when I went to check out, they told me it was not 60 dollars but 72. I said I was told it was 60, they apologised and said there were something extra included in the price so it was 72, excluding the prices of the snacks. That was something I did not like but other than that everything was great.

Pros:

Todo! La habitación grande y espaciosa. El baño igual, cómodo para un adulto alto (mí marido siempre tiene problemas con las duchas bajas, pero está vez no, y lo agradece). El personal es amable, el hotel es precioso y el desayuno riquísimo.

Hotel confortável em ótima localização
Pros:

Hotel em excelente localização, próximo da Calle Florida, do Obelisco, da Plaza de Mayo, da Feira de São Telmo, e a uma caminhada de cerca de 2km de Porto Madero. Perto de supermercados e farmácias. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e as roupas de cama e amenidades de ótima qualidade. O café da manhã é excelente, servido em ambiente bonito e elegante. Os colaboradores são super gentis e educados.
