Pros:

There were water leaks, and the pool was closed when we asked if it was gonna be open they had said yes and then after we got checked in, they said oh no, it’s not, but they waited until after we were checked in to tell us

It was a quick and convenient stay. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The location was good. The staff was friendly. The bed was VERY comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good it was a pleasant surprise and start to the day. The breakfast room was clean and convenient. The parking was very well lit and convenient to access entry/exits near your room.

Cons:

The negativesThe room was dark poorly lit. As far as cleanliness goes it was ok, if you moved the doors there was dust and debris built up. Whoever cleaned seemed to only get what was in the open. It was also nosey. You could hear people going in and out of the building all night. I would recommend asking for a room that is. Or close to an exit door.

Cons:

There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower! I was sick the rest of my trip in Houston after I left there! Couldn't even take a shower when I got there or before I left! I should talk to my attorney!!!

If you don’t mind not watching TV or long showers you are fine
Pros:

Needing to be in north Lubbock, location is perfect.

Cons:

TV had only 3 channels working; BET, CW and CBS. The rest didn’t work at all or completely shaded.

Shower drain stopped up.

It’s an older LaQuinta so I didn’t have lofty expectations but it didn’t meet those either.
Pros:

It was sort of close to everything Lubbock has to offer, but it’s Lubbock sooooo……

Cons:

Just about everything, it’s old, and the room wasn’t cleaned well, the key cards really sucked getting in and out of the rooms. The amenities were horrible and they charge for everything

it stated that there was a buffet breakfast and there was not. the rooms were disgusting. Thje toilet was constantly running, the woreker was not at the front desk for over 35 min.
