Room was ok and clean

If you need any food, don’t bother with this hotel. Oh my gosh, it was so bad we had to walk out and drive out to another place.
Only one person serving a restaurant with 45-50 places.
One menu written on a chalkboard in French, and the rude waitress walked from table to table and demanded to know what you would eat! When we did the translation we were told that Google was wrong and the Lamb was actually “stomach lining” casserole.
There was “Steak” but that was again wrong and it meant fish steak!
Tried to order a drink from the bar as we had waited 15 mins, only to be told to go and sit back down and wait for the rude waitress. So after all that we walked out. We found a Lovely little place 5 mins down the road. If you can avoid this hotel then do it, if you are on a Coach trip like many there that night, get the company to book elsewhere.
Breakfast was terrible they had put most of it away by 9am and what they did bring back out was awlfuland little choice

Die Lage liegt im Industriegebiet. Muss man sich bewusst sein.
Très bon accueil du réceptionniste en service tout le WE où nous avons séjourné.
L'hôtel nous a proposé un parking en retrait pour nos véhicules de collection.
Bon petit petit déjeuner avec du bon pain frais.
Proximité du centre de Troyes. Voiture nécessaire.
Pour les chambres personnes handicapées, prévoir des poignées de maintien pour les toilettes et pour la douche.
Bereikbaarheid en parkeren. Sanitair en kamer.
Er waren geen tegenvallers.
La literie et les oreillers étaient très confortable, le petit déjeuné était bien (pain frais), l'endroit est calme, l'établissement est propre.
L'insonorisation entre les chambres n'est pas suffisante, j'entendais mes voisins parler jusqu'à tard, pénible si vous venez pour dormir...
Le parking existe et est conceptuel, les places ne sont pas assez large, sur trois places vous garer deux voitures et personne ne pourra stationner au milieu à par une moto.

Accueil, arrivée à 16h35 au lieu de 17h, reçu a la porte revenez à 17h.
Ma femme est handicapée nous aurions aimé nous asseoir sur les canapés à l'accueil, mais non.
Le matin au bon petit déjeuner, pas un bonjour, pas un au-revoir même pas en réponse.
Easy to find. Good value for money. Lovely linen and big, fluffy towels. Nice shower. Good breakfast. Quiet location. Helpful staff.
No restaurant Friday - Sunday. 30€ taxi ride into town.
