Pros:

Overall it was fine and it was everything you’d expect from an hotel. The breakfast was familiar etc…
Perhaps the only advantage is that the rooms are relatively big and comfortable,

Cons:

for me, the staff with too firm and harsh and overall it wasn’t the best to stay because I had ants in my room and I had to move to a different room. I asked for an upgrade but they said that it’s policy that they cannot do that although it was off-season and they had 90% of the hotel available.

אהבנו פשוט הכל מהצוות הטוב ולמנהל הקבלה מני. בקצרה, בעלי חגג יום הולדת ביקשתי מהם שבוע לפניי שאגיע לקבלה לא לדבר על ידו שסגרתי חדר ואם אפשר להזמין משהו נחמד כשניכנס לחדר
יומיים לפני ההגעה למלון חייג אלינו מני ודאג לי לכל טוב ליין טוב,פלטת פירות עוגת המלון שלהם ובנוסף עוגה שביקשתי ספציפית וכל זה בתוספת מחיר של 100 ש״ח השירות היה טוב עוד מהטלפון ועד להגעה שלנו ועד היציאה שלנו שהחלטנו להאריך בעוד כמה שעות היום.
אוכל איכותי מאוד, שירות ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש

נתחיל מזה שיוסוף טיפל לנו בהזמנה בטלפון ועזר בכל מה שצריך.
ומני מנהל הקבלה שפשוט אין מילים עד כמה שהיה שירותי ועד כמה שפינק אותנו ועזר בכל מה שביקשנו ומעבר..שידרוג החדר, פינוקים בחדר לכבוד ימי ההולדת ועוד..אדם מלאך, שירות מדהיםם ומלון הרבה מעל המצופה.
כמובן שנחזור שוב.
