Please note, guests must present the Booking.com confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guests first and last name.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Café da manhã muito bom!! Piscinas, academia e sala de jogos e saunas muito bom! Além disso a arquitetura é linda e a decoração também.

Pros:

Atendimento eficiente, pessoas simpáticas, educadas. Hotel lindo, área externa muito bonita. Fui a trabalho, mas fiquei com vontade de voltar para descansar. O café da manhã é ótimo.

No geral foi uma estadia bastante agradável não tivemos tempo de usufruir da área de lazer mas é um lugar bem agradável

É um hotel um estilo colonial muito agradável a área de refeições é bem legal a garagem coberta diferencial

Meus pais são idosos e ficamos na no andar superior a falta de elevador foi um ponto negativo também sentimos falta de manobristas e de um carregador de malas já que estávamos num andar superior e tivemos que além de subir escadas carregarmos as próprias malas
