Please note, guests must present the Booking.com confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guests first and last name.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

O atendimento foi impecável e com muita educação. Muito atenciosos e atendendo todas as nossas expectativas. Eu já havia ficado hospedado nesse hotel em 2015. Tinha uma boa lembrança. A estadia foi muito melhor do que lembrávamos.

Cons:

Eu sempre gosto de fazer alguma sugestão de melhoria, mesmo que tenha sido tudo muito bom, porém, como ficamos apenas uma noite, absolutamente nada deixou de nos agradar.

Cons:

Faltou tomada em um dos lados da cama e também mesa de cabeceira. Iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor (normal nos hotéis)

Tinha ficado hospedada no mesmo hotel há cerca de 20 anos e ele continua muito bom.
Pros:

O café da manhã foi excelente. Só sentimos falta de uma torradeira. Mas todos foram muito solícitos.
