Ein tolles Hotel mit freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!
Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer einfach unschlagbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Magnifique lieu ,vraiment authentique.Niveau des prestations exceptionnelles ....tout en restant trés humain . Beaucoup mieux qu’un palace 5 étoiles.
2 points d’amélioration souhaitables:
- Doubler la longueur de la piscine . Actuellement elle fait un peu " bain de pieds"
- Améliorer le restaurant : niveau du chef moyen,carte des vins pas au niveau , ambiance de la salle qui fait trop " Parador" et n’est pas assez chaleureuse, personnel très attentif mais pas assez détendu .
Ne touchez surtout pas au sol en verre! je pense unique au Monde....

Authentic in every way a great way to experience life in an old and beautiful Andalusian city

My biggest regret is that we did t have more than one night stay in this hotel. This old palace has been beautifully converted into a 5 star hotel. The staff go beyond with all of their customer service. Within 10 minutes of check in we had been given excellent recommendations for bars and restaurants and places to visit. We stayed in a junior suite which was stunning and wonderfully furnished with the comfiest bed. The most delicious breakfast is served in the restaurant which has a glass floor that looks down on the original Roman ruins the palace was built upon.
