The location is great. Also the room at a high floor had a beatiful view.
The breakfast was really good. A small comment, sometimes it was a little busy and the waiters didn't manage to arrange new tables on time and forks/nife were measing.
The main comment that we have is that the pictures in the website showed a much renovated room for the suit!! Especially as this room is rated quite high for its high level. We were at 2307 room.
Also, my husband and one of our kids were at 2330. 2330 looked more renovated.
We asked for closer rooms as we were too apart! This was my request upon booking the room! There was no available room neither at our arrival or a day after when we asked again.
These are main comments, a renovated room for the upgraded suit room and closer rooms for a family. Besides that we enjoyed the hotel very much. I
השירות היה מצוין, החדרים נוקו וסודרו מוקדם בבוקר כל מה שביקשנו הגיע במהירות המלון היה נקי, מיקום מצוין קרוב להכל, צוות המלון היה אדיב ועזר בכל פניה ושאלה. ממליצים מאוד!!!!
שהינו במלון 8 ימים עם ארוחת בוקר וארוחת ערב התפריט של ארוחת ערב היה לא מגוון וניה מבחר דל ולא השתנה והיה קבוע בכל הימים, נאלצנו לאכול את אותה מנה כמעט בכל הימים. ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה מאוד
The position is really central but the hotel is not what I expected.
I expected a higher class hotel....the rooms looked really old and the breakfast room was basically in the basement. There were some activities for children but they were in the hall of the hotel. Anyway we just stayed a night and I think we will not stay there anymore.

La chambre était bien mais un peu sombre. Le personnel très gentil, la salle de fitness était très bien avec une belle vue sur Varsovie. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la vielle ville, proche des commerces et des moyens de transports

Pomimo tego, że hotel z własnej inicjatywy podwyższył mi kategorię do executive room, poziom hałasu w pokoju (zwłaszcza w nocy) nie pozwala spać. czy ktoś w ogóle bada poziom hałasu w hotelowych pokojach nocą?
Na śniadaniu wprowadzone dwie kategorie gości, choć można było tych "lepszych" (przygotowane stoliki i menu) ulokować w drugiej salce bez wywoływania poczucia dyskomfortu u tych "gorszych". Stoliki ścierane są tak mokrą ścierką, że przez długi czas pozostają mokre, uniemożliwiając korzystanie kolejnym gościom.
Micul dejun foarte bogat, imposibil sa nu gasesti ceva care sa-ti placa. Locatia centrala, foarte aproape de gara / merou.
