Świetna lokalizacja, cudowny widok z okna, odgłosy z centrum miasta prawie niesłyszalne, opieka i dbałość o czystość znakomita. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, pościel miękka i przyjemna. Oświetlenie w pokoju wygodne do regulacji. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni. Polecam.

Pros:

Beautiful view from the room. Rich and varied breakfast. Very good internet. Good location of the hotel.

Cons:

We paid for a superior room. The guests were very young and did not complain, but the room they received did not match the photos, it had a very hard bed and was basic, not renovated. I expected the staff to behave more professionally. The hotel is very large, not full and they could have fulfilled the order by giving the room that was paid for. This disappointed me very much.They looked for a luggage scale at the reception, but there wasn't one. This is Novotel, I expected service that lives up to the name.

Pros:

The hotel was really good and easy to get to. It was a bit loud as there was a big road nearby, but it was in the middle of the city, so not much could be done about it. But the staff was amazing, and the breakfast choice was really good. There was something for everyone (I had two very fussy tweens with me). Overall, we had a very nice stay.

A bit loud and our water drain was nig working very well.

Great location. Hotel needs to fix some infrastructure.
Pros:

Quick check in. Great location. Excellent view of the city. Food ok.

Cons:

We were on the top floor, at one of the ends of the floor. WiFi and mobile internet were almost useless. Bathroom had an unpleasant smell at times - probably drainage problems. One of the lifts was a bit rickety.

Struttura nuova, accogliente, camere funzionali. Buona posizione, fermata del tram proprio davanti all’hotel.

Cons:

Il prezzo della colazione è 18 euro, lo trovo eccessivo. Consiglierei maggiore attenzione quando si rifanno le camere: il flacone della crema era vuoto (occorreva riempirlo), il pacco delle veline in bagno era quasi finito già al nostro arrivo e, non essendo stato sostituito, è finito al secondo giorno.
