Novotel w Warszawie to zdecydowanie jeden z moich ulubionych hoteli w mieście. Jego największym atutem jest doskonała lokalizacja, która pozwala w kilka chwil znaleźć się w centrum wydarzeń Warszawy. Obsługa jest zawsze bardzo uprzejma, profesjonalna i pomocna, co sprawia, że gość od pierwszego momentu czuje się naprawdę mile widziany. Pokoje są czyste, komfortowe i dobrze przygotowane, a widok z wyższych pięter dodaje temu miejscu wyjątkowego klimatu. To hotel, do którego zawsze chętnie wracam.
Jedyną drobną niedogodnością była dostępność usług w strefie spa. Podczas mojego czterodniowego pobytu niestety nie udało się zarezerwować masażu, ponieważ wszystkie terminy były zajęte. Być może warto rozważyć większą dostępność zabiegów lub wcześniejszy system rezerwacji dla gości hotelowych. Dodatkowo miłym uzupełnieniem strefy wellness byłby basen ;)
Perfect location with lovely view from the room. Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice to be able to use the gym. Would definitely stay again.
Gym was very tiny (with three people in, it seemed crowded). Water machine was broken.

W recepcji nie dali odrzywki dla włosów, a następnego dnia recepcjonista powiedział że musieliśmy poprosić… W recepcji zapach MARYCHI :))) gdy zapytał co to za zapach Pan recepcjonista poczerwieniał i poszedł na zaplecze ;)
