Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff who stored our luggage at the start and end of our stay. Good location near the City gardens. Comfortable room with washing machine.

Cons:

We had a balcony but did not use it because there was a loud "Whining" sound that we think came from another blocks air conditioning, or from construction that was going on near by.

Clean, comfortable rooms, courteous staff, convenient location.
Pros:

Location great. We had two bed apartment and had a great view.

Cons:

I liked the rooms the beds the linen and the size of apartment and would stay again. It was simple layout and clean. The car park was not that easy to get in and also tight parks.

Great location in the City - close to everything. Helpful and friendly staff, parking onsite, comfy bed. Quite a spacious apartment for Brisbane, balcony with views. Will stay again.

Good located and value for money. Older building and needs to be updated and better cleaning between guests
Pros:

I liked the central located and close to where we needed to be this weekend. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, I think their name was Kyle? They were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The property is on the older side and this was reflected in the rooms. The dishwasher didn’t drain and leaked on the floor. I let front desk know of this. Prior to using the dishwasher it was rather dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly in a while It was also an older appliance. The kitchen itself was a bit dirty with surface dust and the cutlery and cups/plates had all water marks and stains on them. Had to wash them before using.
On arriving to the room, the bathroom was dirty. There was hair all over the floor and dust over the sink and bench top. The shower head is old and rusty. The water from the shower runs all over the floor, saturating the floor mat.

Bucks weekend
Pros:

Loved the location, perfect and close enough for anything you need. The second room out the back was a little warm with no a/c but didn't make or break the experience overall super stoked
