Comfy and Kind
Pros:

The amazing staff were the highlight o this stay. It was my friends birthday and they went absolutely above and beyond. Room was comfortable and location was great.

Cons:

Room was a little tired and needed an update.

I would not recommend this to anyone, the immediate next neighbouring hotel CLIX, (I think, probably the same owner), is

The location, it is really the central place.

Cons:

There was pungent smell in the room. The staff were not ready to listen and they charged extra from my card, I don’t know for what reason after a week.

Nice hotel with great view and location
Pros:

Location is beautiful right near the gardens down the road from the casino.
Rooms were spacious and we had a king bed which was comfortable.
The pool area was beautiful between the other skyscrapers.
Rooms were quiet.

A well priced apartment style room well located close to the prime eateries and fairly central.
Pros:

We stayed overnight so we could celebrate our 34th Wedding Anniversary with friends. From the moment we were greeted by the friendly reception staff, through the checking process, it was both warm and friendly as well as professional. When we arrived in our room we found the staff placed a card with handwritten Anniversary Best Wishes note along with a bottle of Brut, some chocolates and biscuits which wasn't expected but went over a treat. The room (3003) was up high and had a bit of a view towards the river, it was spacious, the large double bed was comfortable, with a range of pillows. We dined with friends at the Port Office Hotel which is conveniently located diagonally opposite the Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites. Car parking and building access was a breeze. On the day of our check out we walked a couple of blocks to a cafe for breakfast and then back down to the river and back through a day market in the gardens which made us about 10/15 minutes late for checkout however reception handled it well and there was no fuss. The process of checking out and handing the key back was also made very easy with good explanation and a bit of assistance from the reception staff.

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about.

Pros:

Great location. Nice and clean. Large bathroom. Large bed. It was great

Cons:

Only thing missing was some black tea teabags, only had green tea and other flavours. No big deal though
