Great location and very comfortable room for a one night stay but also all the facilities you would need for a longer stay. Would visit again.

Oaks on Margaret rooms
Pros:

The location of the apartments is perfect. The reception staff are friendly and attend to all questions efficiently. The actual rooms (we booked out 3 doubles for the weekend) were of poor quality, with aged and tired cabinetry, marked walls and old carpets.

Convenient location but not worth the price
Pros:

Convenient location, spacious unit, working heater

Cons:

No water pressure at all, took forever to get hot water, parking was very poking & difficult to manoeuvre in a big car.
Also had a burst pipe in the car park while we were there so had to walk through a river of water to get to our car.

Peace at Oaks on Margaret
Pros:

Oaks on Margaret is a quiet, safe and peaceful location. The apartments were clean and fresh. So glad that we could clean the apartments at our own time and not have to wake up to housekeepers banging at the door. Staff were very helpful and very attentive to all our needs.

Ideally located in the heart of Brisbane city so everything was within reach. Price was also quite good for a weekend stay as a foreigner. Very good Wi-Fi connection making it easier to reach home and share our stories of our visit.

Rooms were secured with access only through our room keys so that took away worrying about security concerns. The best part though, you sleep soundlessly and peacefully on very very comfy beds. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Perfect spot for family getaway in the city
Pros:

This property is central to the river, Casino and city centre. We had a two bedroom apartment overlooking the river which offered nice views. The room offered two bathrooms and was well equipped.

Cons:

The cleanliness could have been better. The kitchen bench and dining table needed an extra wipe when we arrived and some of the dishes had not been that well cleaned.

Great views and location, room was a little worn
Pros:

Staff were lovely, location is great - short walk to the mall and other attractions. The view we had from level 26 was great. Room was spacious.

Cons:

The room was run down and quite scummy - needed a good clean. Mugs had stains, bathroom had hair from previous guests and there was a used face mask under one of the beds.
