Dissatisfied and Disappointed..
Pros:

Perfect location.
Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

The room was very dirty.
Hadn't been dusted at all.
Dust on every surface.
Lounge area floor left our feet black.
Lounge chairs stunk of body odour.
Smell was putrid.
Floor had crumbs all over.
Obviously hadn't been vacuumed or mopped..

I always go back to the Oaks Briisbane on Felix Suites when I visit Brisbane. Very nice room.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros:

Location was amazing, super close to farriers to get around and in walking distance to almost everything. Car park at accommodation was great and easy to get in and out of with no extra charge.

Cons:

Price of parking was costly and no extra towels for pool. Only had 2 towels in the room for the whole stay and no towels located in pool area.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent and the uber cabs had a stand right outside which was so good for people who have limited mobility
We were upgraded so we had a partial river view. .

Cons:

The apartment was large and roomy but we felt it was a bit tired looking. Some equipment was missing and we had to ask for a hairdryer which took time to arrive.

Pros:

Location was brilliant and the apartments were nice.

Cons:

Very bad stench on the floor I was staying in and it drifted into the apartment, very unpleasant indeed. Also pool was closed for chemical cleaning during the day I was there.

During my enjoyable stay, I became unwell. Your staff were most helpful and called an ambulance to get me to hospital.
Pros:

Apartment 313 was well appointed and had excellent views of the river and the Storey Bridge. I would certainly stay there again on my next work trip to Brisbane.

Cons:

Insufficient equipment for cooking.. ie pots and pans.

Location and staff

Cons:

No investment in the decor for quite some time. Chairs at dining table were very tired with peeling fake leather one all chairs and wouldn’t cost much to update and I believe is a fair expectation for the cost of the room.

Pros:

Location was very central

Cons:

Noise from construction below the view of the storey bridge.

It wasn't very clean in the room. Food crumbs in the fork tray, face washer left in the washing machine, wifi was always dropping in and out, ensuite bathroom hadn't been vacuumed before mopping because there was a lot of wet dust in there. The gym was good but there was a light flickering above the treadmill so I had to turn all the lights off, it should have been facing the TV also and it doesn't get enough of the air conditioning above the treadmill.
