Date night city break
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, spacious apartment, friendly staff.

Cons:

Proximity of major building works but building is taking place all over the city and you couldn't hear any noise in the room.

Very enjoyable stay

Location and views of Brisbane city and river

Cons:

Nothing much but unfortunately when opening one of bedroom curtains it fell out of the ceiling and onto my wife’s head. Staff were very apologetic and accommodating.

Cons:

We had a lot of issues at check in. The room was paid as usual through a company card in advance but becuase that card was not in the name of the guest she was refused at check in. We have stayed here many times previously without issue. Not all of our staff have their own company cards and they are always happy to provide their own cards for security. Not sure what happened on this occassion. Hoping it was just the one poorly trained staff member. We might return in the future.

Cons:

Average wear and tear, some mould in bathroom tiles. Plus bathroom had a step up which was a trip hazard as it was not noticeable.

very poor staff service
Pros:

We like the apartment with nice view

Cons:

Staff service was very poor as they did not inform us that brisbane marathon going to happen and also they advised me to park in a particular car park which was going to be closed because of that marathon and we were stuck in the car park there for 4-5 hours without any reason so they have to inform us but they did not and we paid 50$ extra for that car park.
