Pleasant stay with several safety concerns.
Pros:

The room was clean, the location was easy to get to, close to Eagle Street Pier and other restaurants, plus the stafe were very helpful in ordering a taxi or advising on nearby place to eat and visit.

Cons:

A little disappointed that the door did not lock automatically upon leaving the apartment, you had to lock it by twisting the lock on the inside. Very unusually and a major safety concern. You could not lock it with the key, only internally by twisting a knob. So, if you did not realize this, your door was unlocked over night or when you went out. The TV in the Bedroom did not work and when mentioned to reception the only answer received was, it's the owner's responsibility not ours. Well sorry, we booked thru Oaks not the owners., so it is the Oaks responsibility. The other problem with the room was the hot water in the shower, the only way to adjust the temperature once the water was running was to turn it off, adjust the lever and then turn the water back on, very poor and a safety Hazzard as someone could easily be burnt by this, because if you adjusted the lever and then turned it on, the water just keep getting hotter and hotter. A major concern for safety.

The accommodation met our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable family stay.
There was a nice pool with a jacuzzi and a Sauna.
