Burocracia no check-in

Hotel muito bom, mas mesmo com quartos disponíveis não liberam o check-in nem 10 minutos mais cedo. Quando cheguei ao hotel havia cerca de 8 pessoas no saguão esperando pra se hospedar, a respostas dos atendentes era a padrão: "check-in só depois das 14h". Isso é coisa de direcionamento, então não os culpo.

Um ponto forte talvez seja o restaurante do hotel, com ótimas opções de jantar a preço justo. As acomodações são muito boas e a ducha do chuveiro é excelente.

Recomendo com uma única ressalva: não chegue muita cedo pois vai passar raiva.

Hotel precisa manutençao, toalhas antigas, colchao com buraco, acorda torto..

Cafe da manha quando tercerizou, piorou…. Mas acredito que muitas pessoas reclamaram, entao agora melhorou, pão esta fresquinho etc..

fiz a escolha do hotel, pois na descrição tinha conexão a internet via cabo de rede. Trabalho de forma remota e precisava usar. fui informado no local que não estava funcionando, e precisava solicitar ao time de TI para ligar. enfim...não funcionou, tive que usar o wifi do hotel que nao passava de 14megas no meu quarto 403. De resto excelente hotel
