O atendimento foi de uma excelência sem igual os pontos que se destacaram foi o atendimento pelo atendente Ruan e pela atendente Keyla se não me engano.

Ruan um atendente de excelência educado , atencioso, profissional , simpático de forma comedida.
Outro ponto que se destacau em ambos foi o uniforme impecávelmente alinhado os cabelos da menina alinhado, o uniforme do Ruan limpo , alinhado , passado e uma postura sem igual.
A postura dos funcionários como um todo desde a recepção até o restaurante todos impecáveis.

O Ruan chagou a fazer contato com o quarto o que eu estava para perguntar se estava tudo a contento, se estava precisando de algo.
O Ruan e a Keyla ( acho que eu o nome da menina de óculos , cabelos pretos mede mais ou menos 1,68 de altura ). essa menina com uma educação de causar inveja aos Franceses.

Sem contar o café da manhã que foi maravilhoso, o atendimento também é excelente. em escala altíssima.

não tenho pontos negativos, seria injusto apontar um ponto negativo.

o ponto negativo é não ter pontos negativos então se isso poderia classificar mas acabaria tornando positivo outra vez então não há pontos negativos.

a roupa de cama usada toda embolada ficou jogada no canto do quarto, solicitei a retirada, pq é incomodo, não saber o que continham naqueles lençóis, nem responderam, não retiraram.

Solicitei coberta, já que no anuncio informa fornecer roupas de cama completa, fui simplesmente ignorada, mandei mensagem, liguei em todos os numero sem sucesso . Em pleno INVERNO em Brasília passei muito frio dormindo apenas um lençol fininho, só não fuim embora pq moro em outra cidade e necessitava esse em Brasília na segunda DECEPCIONANTE.

Cons:

Recebi um número de apto e o cartão. Fui entrar no quarto e havia um casal já hospedado e seminu. Nunca passei por esse tipo de constrangimento. Desci, expliquei o ocorrido, pediram desculpas e me alocaram em outro quarto. Senti-me extremamente constrangida com a situação.

NÃO EMITEM NOTA FISCAL
Cons:

Mesmo antes da viagem informei o contato que a hospedagem era a trabalho e sobre a Nota Fiscal. No entanto estou a dias buscando apenas da Nota Fiscal da hospedagem E recebi APENAS um recibo com informações divergentes de pagamento e estou sendo ignorado pelo atendimento.
