Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays, check-in is available only after 18:00. Use of the wellness facilities is at extra cost of 30 ILS per person per day. The bathing season in the pool is from May to September inclusive.

أتيت في اليل وكانت موضفه الاستقبال محترمه جدأ وفي الصباح نسيت مفتاح الغرفه ذهبت لمكتب الستقبال كي احضر مفتاح بدل الذي نسيته في الغرفه كان هناك عامل وتحدث الي بشكل غير جيد كان شب يمكنه كان ان يتحدث معي في طريقه اجمل من ما كانت

היה ריח של עישון למרות שביקשנו חדר ללא עישון, ייתכן שהגיע מהמזגן או מחדר אחר כאשר פתחנו את החלון אבל זה מעט הפריע
בבוקר כשעוד ישנו דפקו לנו בדלת פעמיים שני אנשים שונים והעירו אותנו, השני ממש נכנס בלי אישור אין סיבה להפריע עד שעת הצ׳ק אאוט.. לקחנו את המלון מלכתחילה במטרה שנוכל לישון בבוקר ברצף עד מאוחר אז זה קצת פגם בחוויה (לא ראינו בחדר שלט שניתן לתלות שלא יפריעו)
ובנוסף לא היינו רשומים ברשימה של הארוחת בוקר אבל זה הסתדר מהר מאוד ולא היתה בעיה להיכנס
