Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays, check-in is available only after 18:00. Use of the wellness facilities is at extra cost of 30 ILS per person per day. The bathing season in the pool is from May to September inclusive.

Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format. Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.

ביום הכניסה בשעה 12 בלילה הזמנתי מגבות לחדר הגיע בנאדם דפק על הדלת קמו חיה רעה הבהיל את כול האורחים התנהגות מגעילה
ביום העזיבה רצינו להמשיך עוד יום הבחור שהיה בקבלה התנהג בצואה מגעילה ואז אל המשכנו עם זה עברנו למלון אחר שורה תחתונה חייבים להחליף 2 האנשים האלה לא מתאמים בכלל לעבודה במלון

Basic. Ne correspond pas au prix de l hotel. Cafe infecte.

Cons:

Parking tres tres sale .piscine fermee quand on arrive à l hotel. Ou quand on sort du travail. Eau gelée. Trickling?? Machine à café en panne. Pas de sale, pas de fruits, apricots secs= vieux ou béton, les gateau sont ceux les moins chers dy super.

החדר היה מרווח מאד ונקי, שידרגו לנו את החדר עם ההגעה לקומה גבוהה יותר.
אישרו לנו צ'קאאוט מאוחר ואני מעריכה את זה מאד.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה בסיסית ברמה שלא מכבדת אף מלון, המעלית לא עבדה מספר שעות.... הייתי צריכה להשתמש במעלית העובדים אחרי שאמרתי שלא אעלה 9 קומות ברגל. המזגנים לא עבדו במהלך היום.גם בחדר האוכל בארוחת הבוקר ועד אחהצ.

כדאי לקרוא לפני שמזמינים שם !!
Pros:

החדר היה נקי למרות שהמזגן לא עבד והיה חם מאוד. היינו ב3 חדרים שונים ובכולם המזגן לא עבד כמו שצריך. היה צריך לשים לנו מאוררים כדי שנוכל להיות בחדר

1. המזגנים בכל הקומה שלא עבדו הביאו לנו מאוררים
2. בארוחת ערב שבת אחרי תפילת ערבית לא היה מקום להכנס ואמרו לנו שבגלל שלא תיאמנו מקום לחדר האוכל (אף אחד בקבלה לא ביקש מאיתנו או אמר לנו שצריך לתאם מקום בחדר האוכל) נכנסנו רק אחרי 40 דקות של המתנה וחלק מהאוכל כסר לא נשאר .
3. בארוחת בוקר ניגשנו למנהל חדר האוכל לשאול מה יכולה לאכול מי שאלרגית לחלב והוא אמר בפירוש לא לגעת בכלום!!.
4. השירותים במרחב הציבורי היו מטונפים ללא ניירות ופא היה ניתן להשתמש בהם .
5. המרחב הציבורי מזוהם !! קליפות אבטיח במעליות .
6. בבריכה הגיעו אורחים ששמו מוזיקה עם בוקסה בווליום אי אפשר היה להיות שם ואפילו פעם אחת לא ניגש אליהם מנהל להשתיק אותם - לא כיף בכלל ונאלצנו לעזוב את הבריכה.
