Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays, check-in is available only after 18:00. Use of the wellness facilities is at extra cost of 30 ILS per person per day. The bathing season in the pool is from May to September inclusive.

כבר הפעם השנייה שאני מתארח במלון, וזה אומר הכול.
היחס היה אישי, חם ומקצועי מהרגע הראשון. קיבלתי שדרוג חדר שלא ביקשתי ולא ציפיתי לו, מחווה שממש לא מובנת מאליה והוסיפה המון לחוויה.
מנהלת המלון הייתה מקסימה, נעימה ומאוד קשובה לאורחים, והצוות כולו אדיב, שירותי ומקבל פנים בצורה יוצאת דופן.
רמת הניקיון הייתה מצוינת, האווירה נעימה ומרגיעה, ופשוט מרגישים שיש כאן השקעה אמיתית בכל פרט קטן.
אין ספק שאחזור שוב, וממליץ מכל הלב

Персонал очень дружелюбный.Заселение даже раньше времени,потому что мы приехали раньше. Нужно было вызвать такси,включая в три часа ночи.нам вызывали. Завтрак как в Израиле просто шикарны, и вкусный. Номер чистый и приятный. Вечером принесли в номер красиво разложеные на тарелке фрукты. Если мне надо будет ещё посетить Беер Шеву я с удовольствием останавлюсь в этой гостинице.

השהות שלי במלון הייתה פשוט חוויה מצוינת מכל הבחינות. כבר מהרגע הראשון הורגש שהצוות במקום מקצועי, אדיב ונעים במיוחד – תמיד עם חיוך, זמינים לעזור בכל שאלה או בקשה, ונותנים תחושה אמיתית של קבלת פנים חמה.
המלון עצמו מתוחזק ברמה גבוהה מאוד – החדרים והשטחים הציבוריים נקיים, מסודרים ומטופחים, מה שתורם מאוד לנוחות ולתחושת הרוגע במהלך השהות.
האוכל היה מעולה, מגוון ואיכותי, עם תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים וטעמים נהדרים – כל ארוחה הייתה חוויה בפני עצמה.
