Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays, check-in is available only after 18:00. Use of the wellness facilities is at extra cost of 30 ILS per person per day. The bathing season in the pool is from May to September inclusive.

Clean and comfortable, would return !
Pros:

Nice location, awesome pool, great staff (Nadia was so sweet!) clean rooms and great breakfast.

Cons:

WiFi not working in certain locations, but the hotel was working on fixing it.

Nice place if you don't mind noise or barely responsive front desk.
Pros:

We loved the breakfast and the location. The main bed was comfortable but only for 1 person. We had requested twins.

Cons:

There were 3 weddings during our 4 night stay. Despite being on the 9th floor, we overlooked the party area and the music was excessively loud till 11 pm. Front desk did nothing about it. Parking was crazy because of the weddings and because you had to reregister your car every morning. We didn't know this until the gate would't open and 5 cars were lined up behind us honking.
2/4 days with only 1 hand towel.

זה התחיל מאשת יחבי הציבור שצילצלה כשעוד היינו בהבת...להתעניין מתי מגיעים וממש התחברנו מהשיחה. מתוקה ואיכפתית. הצוות בקבלה אישי חברי ומצחיק. הכל מתנהל בחיוך הומור והתעניינות. המלון מתוחזק נהדר. נקי. מפנק. ארוחת הבוקר מטורפת. אפילו פינקו את הצליאקית שלנו. היה קשה לעזוב. אמיתי. בעזיבה התעניינו ובכל דרך צ'יפרו אותנו ואת השהייה.

Wonderful hotel! Everything was excellent, from the service to the beautiful view from our window. The room was very clean and cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
A special thank you to Nadia, the manager, for her warmth, care, and genuine attention to the comfort of the guests. We arrived late, and it was such a lovely surprise to find fruit and delicious cakes waiting for us in the room.
Mariel at reception was also incredibly helpful and a pleasure to communicate with.
We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after. Thank you for everything! We would happily come back and sincerely recommend this hotel.

חוויה קשה ומאכזבת מאוד שלא ציפיתי לעבור במלון

חדר אחד בלבד מתוך שני החדרים שהוזמנו היה תקין, וגם הוא היה ברמה בסיסית בלבד. מעבר לכך, החוויה הכוללת הייתה מאכזבת ולא כללה נקודות חיוביות משמעותיות לציון.

Cons:

חוויה קשה ומאכזבת מאוד, שלא ציפיתי לעבור במלון של רשת כמו לאונרדו.

הזמנתי שני חדרים ואף שילמתי עבור שדרוג. אחד החדרים היה תקין, אך החדר השני היה ברמת ניקיון ותחזוקה בלתי מתקבלת על הדעת: שיערות על המיטה ובחדר הרחצה, אסלה מלוכלכת, מקלחת לא תקינה וריח חזק של סיגריות בחדר, למרות שאינני מעשן.

גם השירות היה רחוק מאוד מהרמה המצופה. במקום לקחת אחריות ולטפל במקרה במהירות ובכבוד, נאלצתי במשך זמן רב לרדוף אחרי מענה באמצעות שיחות, הודעות, מיילים ופניות חוזרות.

אני מתארח במלונות בארץ ובעולם, ומעולם לא נתקלתי בחוויית אירוח שבה נדרש ממני כל כך הרבה זמן ואנרגיה רק כדי לקבל מענה ראוי לתלונה בסיסית על ניקיון, תחזוקה ושירות.

מבחינתי, הבעיה לא הייתה רק החדר. זו הייתה חוויה כוללת של שירות לקוי, זלזול וחוסר טיפול ראוי.

מאכזב מאוד, ולא תואם את הרמה שציפיתי לקבל מרשת לאונרדו.

את הנוף ,
את הפירות שהיו בקבלת החדר
את מכונת האספרסו והקפסולות והעוגיות וקבלת פנים
ארוחת הבוקר היתה טעימה

שעות פעילות הבריכה לא ריאלית , נסגרת ממש מוקדם בשעה 17 , אנחנו בקיץ והשמש שוקעת בשעה 20 ,לא הספקנו לשחות ,
שעות חדר כושר נסגר ב18
החניה -לפעמים לא היה מקום איפה לחנות .
המעלית נתקעה כמה פעמים ונכבתה , כמעט אשתי התעלפה מהפחד .
אין מענה טלפוני , נסינו כמה פעמים להשיג את הקבלה פעם לפתוח את השער , פעם לבוא לנקות את החדר , פעם כשנתקעה המעלית ....

לא עשו סדר וניקיון לחדר בזמן השהייתנו ,
דלת המקלחת לא נסגרת מבחוץ

הגענו קצת מוקדם משעת הצ׳ק אין וצוות המלון עשה הכול כדי שניכנס לחדר כמה שיותר מוקדם. פינקו אותנו גם בגישה לטרקלין העסקים וצ׳ק אאוט מאוחר. אין על נדיה!!!
