What was billed as a handicap accessible room had a standard bath tub, with no seat.
The staff were very nice and welcoming.
When we walked into the room it had a stale smell to it, definitely didn’t have a clean smell at all. As we got to looking around, the curtains in the room was disgusting, stains everywhere and wouldn’t even close all the way. The carpet had a wet feeling to it, which definitely didn’t feel clean at all. Went to give my three year old a bath and had to clean the bathtub before I could even put him in there. You couldn’t even take a bath if you wanted to, shower only. Fast forward to getting in bed, there was what felt like sand in the sheets and there was also crumbs and chips on the floor in between the night stand and my bed. Definitely was not worth my money and will never be staying there again. Did not feel comfortable having my three year old walk around without shoes on or even being there. I uploaded a picture of the chip and crumbs by the bed. Didn’t think about taking pictures of everything else because I was going to let it slide, until I seen the stuff by the bed.

There was scratches on the floor. The bathroom had mole. The pool was dirty and they didn’t have a way of cleaning the pool. The staff was very rude, especially that Indian lady with the pretty eyes. She was very rude and unprofessional. I did not stay the whole night. I left after four hours from when I checked in.
Right off the highway, good location.
DIRTY! The entire room was disgusting. We were afraid of bedbugs and the only reason we stayed was because of the lateness of the hour. The hotel in general was not clean and in need of repair. The entire room and sheets had cigarette burn marks even though it was “non-smoking” room. Staff was basically non existent. They kept up a “be back in 15mins sign.” Staff aside the level of uncleanliness was unacceptable.
