Pros:

This hotel is in a good location. It is clean and quiet. There is covered parking and it's free. The updates are nice and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

I couldn't find the stairs but that was a me problem. The elevator was slow but I think that's because it was so popular. I think there should be more lighting in the parking garage. No real dislikes for this location.

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

The location was nice, pretty far to walk to main spots on the island though.

Cons:

There is only one elevator and it takes forever, the hallways smell awful and has severe water damage that the ceilings look like they will fall at any time, bathroom tub was very uneven and felt like it was going to fall through the floor.

Cons:

Room cleaning We stayed for two nights; a staff member told us the room wouldn't be cleaned until the third night, even though there was a sticker on the mirror stating that cleaning and towel changes are done daily. Also, there was no shampoo—just an observation, as I had brought my own toiletries.

Location, easy walk/drive to Galveston Convention Center, right off the seawall

Cons:

Only one of the two elevators was service, and it was extremely slow. My key second room often times did not work. Had to get my own towels daily. Had a five day stay and never got housekeeping for either room, even after requesting it twice (I met the minimum days to stay to request housekeeping). All of Breakfast was cold, only protein served was boiled eggs (mainly muffins and cereal)

Pros:

El trato del personal de recepción fue excelente, súper amables, las instalaciones estaban limpias, las camas cómodas, me encantó la ubicación.

Cons:

El techo estaba lleno de manchas y olor a humedad en los pasillos; solo funcionaba un elevador y había que esperar un buen rato para poder usarlo, el desayuno sin mucha opción.
