The location
I tried calling for almost two weeks before our stay multiple days to ask questions about the deposit, breakfast, ect and NEVER got an answer. That was very frustrating and when I arrived I asked why and didn’t get an explanation. I saw this company comment on someone’s review to “reach out to the hotel” for concerns which is actually impossible when they don’t answer the phone! When we arrived to our room the key wasn’t working so I tried using my Hilton app key and it said the deadbolt was locked, kinda scared me as I thought someone was in our room. I got a staff member to come up with me and they said the door is broken and locks from the inside and didn’t offer me another room which left me feeling unsecured. Especially with it being us 2 girls staying alone. We booked a 2 bed and only got two towels, when I called down on our room phone asking for more towels I was told I had to walk down and get them my self. Overall the staffing and customer service is the worst I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed at many hotels. Will not be back. I’m usually someone to always look at the positive side of things and never write bad reviews, but this has to be said to hopefully change how the staff treat guests.
Breakfast was very good. Seating was a problem.
Parking was plentiful and easy to get to using the elevator. Signage pointing to the parking area could be improved.
Check-in was not good. Took 30 minutes to get to front of the line and we started out at #3. Clerk was on the phone with the owner constantly. Having a second person at the front desk on the days before a cruise ship sailing would help a lot, as would having a trained clerk.

Where to start. The fact that I checked in early and they had all day to have my room ready and failed too and gave me another room with a crappy view.
The rooms floors so un even my suit kept rolling into wall.
Couldn't stand in shower it was so slick.
Breakfast was an absolute joke. Basically a choice of 2 cereals and what looked to be bad milk.
The location was great. Nearly across the street from the beach. Not a far walk at all.
There was only one employee working the entire establishment on a Friday night. Lines at the front desk were long. The common areas are like putting lipstick on a pig. They slapped on a coat of paint throughout the hotel and a few trendy pieces of art.
When we got into our room there was feces splashed all over the toilet seat. Super gross.
After standing in the line for the front desk (again) I explained the situation and the guy moved us to a new room immediately. No issues there. But if the cleaning crew missed the toilet seat in the first room, it did not fill us with much confidence of cleanliness in the new room.

The parking
The rooms were clean. The shower gel (I forgot my personal) was nice. Okay view of the beach.
They acted like they didn’t want to issue new towels. It’s the BEACH! You shower a lot! The breakfast also left a lot to be desired. No microwaves anywhere in the facility.

Nothing
No parking lot lighting. 1st room we were given had not be cleaned or serviced when we went into the room. No bedding on the mattress even. Went to counter and requested a different room and was given one. Went in to it and it seemed better until we pulled the bed out on the sofa. Again no bedding and there was a massive/disgusting stain on the mattress that covered most of the mattress itself. Requested a refund and left the property altogether. Drove an extra hour south and stayed in Durant.

I was told 40 for 4 nights to leave my car for a Cruise and another clerk charged 60 because she said I parked below hotel. I informed her I was told by other clerk 40 there was no distinction between where I parked mentioned at anytime and he assured me no Xtra charges, just 40 but girl clerk made me pay 60.
Location
Felt like a motel stay. It was really really basic. Pillows need to be replaced. The shower and tub are very inconvenient. You basically had to stand next to the wall due to the shower head being positioned the tub had a valley in it. The interior is in need of fresh look. Very dull stay. Sorry but I was disappointed especially to be a Hilton brand
