Spektakulär hoch gelegenes Hotel (ab 54. Etage) mit spektakulärem „Innenhof“.
Nicht so schön war, dass in den Zimmern mit Club Floor Zugang ein fast 2 Meter breiter „Sims“ war, der dadurch das Gefühl für die Höhe und die Sicht nach unten sehr eingeschränkt hat. Wenn man das mag, ist es sehr schade. Außerdem führt das Design der Fassade zu sehr vielen Quer-Vertkalriegeln die ebenfalls die Sicht stark beeinträchtigen.
Das Essen im Club Floor war gut, aber nahezu immer absolut gleich. Aber okay..
We booked the Grand Hyatt due to its excellent location and the facilities it offered.
The hotel itself is superb and the views from the rooms, club lounge and bars were exceptional.
It is directly across the road from the Shanghai Tower and the Financial Tower so makes it easy for those wanting to go to all three viewing platforms.
The rooms were clean and we had a corner room so had superb views of the Shanghai Tower and the river.
The staff were great and were available to answer any queries we had. Davis, at the Concierge desk was outstanding. So helpful, professional and friendly and went out of his was to assist us with any query we had.
The breakfast in the Club Lounge was excellent and the food during evening happy hour, which went for 3 hours, was also excellent in terms of variety.
The evening drink were limited and unlike other club lounges, there was no whisky or champagne for guests. There were other beers, spirits, soft drinks and fruit juice available.
Overall, a wonderful stay in a spectacular hotel.
Highly recommended.
There's an overcharge on the accommodation. Thus the hotel asked me to dispute this with Booking.com so more work to deal with. It's such a hassle.

The hotel was clean and relatively quiet. Staff was friendly but maybe not as much as expected from the level of hotel.
The room was well equipped and spacious enough with a good bathroom and the robes are some of the better I have bad.
Views are great no matter the location of your room
Firstly we had exceptional service from Thomas when we checked in and there was confusion about the two Hyatt hotels in Shanghai. He went over and above to sort our bookings, help with all sorts of issues and made the whole mess much less stressful because of his calm approach.
The air conditioning in our room was very hard to regulate.

Top Lage , mitten im Auge von Shanghai. Wird hatten ein Cloud Room im 85 Stock . Atemberaubend bei Nacht und der Beleuchtung , ua Pearl of Asia . PuDong und PuXi .
