Pros:

Staff were not helpful and dismissive. Food at lounge was mediocre. I really have no words to say on this hotel. Apart from the building being iconic, nothing much goes on here provided by the Hyatt.

Красивый холл отеля с вау эффектом. Если погода не пасмурное - 100% рекомендую к посещению.
Pros:

Здание отеля - само по себе достопримечательность. Номер просторный и уютный.

Cons:

Тяжелое общение с персоналом из за отсутствия знания китайского. По английски мало кто разговаривает. Но на пальцах - можно объяснить. Некоторые девушки персонала просто игнорировали, когда слышали английскую речь и старались убежать.

Great old school luxury hotel with the best view of Shanghai
Pros:

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. You’re up in the sky looking down at the city skyline. We got a spectacular room looking over the pool, and we were on the 78th floor. We really enjoyed the whole experience. The spa, changing room, and gym were incredible. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms are nice and stylish. The rooms do feel a little bit tired, and so does the overall hotel, but it actually gives an old-school Chinese feel, so we really loved it.

Pros:

If you’re in Shanghai definitely a must book even if it’s for a day. The skyline view and the breakfast menu was endless. I was always looking forward to the breakfast. Spa , massage and jacuzzi and gym was really good.
