Excellent emplacement pour découvrir Sheffield . Un bâtiment chargé d histoire à proximité des restaurants et du centre ville. Personnel à l écoute . Literie confortable et bonne insonorisation car les concerts du WE ne nous ont pas empêché de dormir
Clean hotel in a great location and friendly staff
Friendly staff, beautiful location. Comfy beds , exceptionally clean and breakfast was fabulous
Waited at the bar a long time to be served a couple of times and had to go and find a staff member
We had been to Sheffield once before and we chose this hotel for its location but we were delighted by how good it was. The staff were very nice and welcoming and they gave us tips and helpful information. The rooms were super comfortable (especially the beds) and when we visit again, we will stay here again! I also liked that it doesn't give the chain-hotel vibe. And last but not least a shout-out to the BEST breakfast I had in a really long time in a hotel.

The location and friendliness of the staff. The shower was really good as was the comfort of the bed.
The carpet was in need of cleaning and the headboard was in need of renewal.
Went to a show at City Hall so hotel was perfectly situated and walkable from the rail station. Was upgraded to a mezzanine - which sounded lovely but actually would have preferred a "regular" room - steep, creaky stairs up to the bed and bathroom was on ground floor! However, bed was super comfy and room was spotlessly clean.
My personal pet hate is buffet breakfasts - the excuse to serve tepid food that has been hanging around - and am afraid that this was a classic example. Also don't like dipping a teabag into coffee machine hot water. I asked if I could have a pot of tea, to which I was told they didn't do that and didn't have any teapots!?!

Lots of things in the bathroom needed a refurb sink, taps , flooring etc
At breakfast it needed more staff to keep filling up we had to ask for so much to be filled during our me others were also asking. Food cutlery bowls etc etc it needed staff to keep monitoring it all themselves
Coffee machine was not very efficient
Location was excellent. The staff in reception were very pleasant and helpful.
