Location and price, while the bed and pillow were so comfortable I slept really well. Breakfast tasted really nice also.
We had to change rooms because our shower was basically on full heat. The next room also had the same issue. I guess it was more bearable than not having any hot water. I highly recommend the hotel encourage people to drop off their bags before parking the car in the nearest car park, because it is a very steep hill with a number of streets to negotiate. Another guest passionately raised the same issue when we returned to the front counter
Very welcoming reception staff every time we entered hotel; also attentive as they regularly asked questions about the outing we'd just had away from the hotel. Comfortable bar, good breakfast, nice proximity to cultural facilities and entertainment venues.
